Completely Unacceptable Experience – Never Again! I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a big letdown The service was absolutely terrible – staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping with anything. Any questions or requests I had were basically ignored.

The food was just as bad. Tasteless, poorly prepared, and honestly didn’t feel fresh at all. and to make it worse the food cost fortune wasn’t worth – definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel restaurant.As for the room? No better. The bed was uncomfortable it was nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The room wasn’t very clean either it smelled musty and didn’t feel welcoming at all.

Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options out there – spend your money...

Amazing owners and staff! Unfortunately I can't remember their names but the owner was SO kind and gracious during our stay. The night employee, an older gentleman, was so nice and full of great conversation. We could have listened to his stories all night long. The owners wife went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted for breakfast! Also, there were diplomats from another country's embassy at the restaurant while we were having dinner one of the nights. Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent food and excellent prices! The rooms are fresh and bedlinen and towels are changed every day or every other day. Staff is very friendly and professional. Location is great, the bus stops right outside the hotel on the street and you get a feeling of being on the countryside because of the greenery, but you're literally 20min away from the centre by bus.
