Fratelli Residence SPA & Wellness — Hotel in City of Belgrade

PEOPLE DO NOT BE DECEIVED by the pictures and misinformation on the website on this "4 star hotel" and definitely not "spa&wellness"...whatever !!! This is even worse than an average hostel and for this money and you won't get half of what you paid for!||1) FACILITIES: It was told to me that there are: pool, spa, tepidarium we can use (I don't want to mention a real thai massage?!)||I called them again 2-3 hours before we arrived there and the same person didn't tell me that SAUNA DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE! I got an explanation from the staff they they remove sauna because of some wedding...I asked politely to call the owner or manager but got the response that she couldn't reach him on the phone. We paid the full price ticket just for the pool (because I had a guest from abroad and she was ok to stay anyway). The next thing I figured out is that tepidarium doesn't work, it was unplugged and when I asked to plug them the girl told me first that "the owners switch it on when is really cold, and not while it's sunny outside", but she wasn't even sure if it works or not?!? Third, changing rooms are actually one room for the staff where they put the buckets after cleaning or whatever, but not benches and a closet for leaving clothes for guests...we used toilets to change our clothes and leave our bags inside with us... Finally, the only thing I can comment is a small pool, shoulder-shallow, quite cold water...Finally, they charge extra for slippers, bathrobes (if they even have them) so be sure to pack and bring everything with you.||2) SERVICE: The were waiting for quite long time for our drinks each time. A girl apologised for the inconveniences and she was polite. I guess she is just unexperienced.||3) LOCATION: From Sveti Sava church to this place is 11km, NOT 6km and you will not see the same view like on the website. It is difficult to find it (especially if you don't have a car), you need to walk 1.2km up to the hill from the nearest bus stop and with a view of Mirijevo and not of the whole city!||4) RESPONSIBLE PERSON: I did not want to give up calling the owner to draw his attention to what I actually found here. ||I received the following answer: "the sauna was only temporarily moved to the next room and is fully in use. the only thing the staff had to do was to unlock your room and provide use of the sauna. As for the tapidarium, they are in right condition, they just need to be turned on". I am pretty sure that this is typical explanation and blaming the staff. They just could have put a notice on the website about the current situation or at least to tell me when I called them and ask about all the facilities!||CONCLUSION: I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK AGAIN AS THIS IS NOT WORTH EVEN A 10EUR. You can go for swimming in Belgrade for 3eur, and enjoy the sunset from...

The hotel is 15 minutes by car from the center of Belgrade. The bus stop by walk is about 15-20 minutes. The upper part of the stairs which enter to the Superior Room with Jacuzzi are not protected by the railing therefore pay attention otherwise it's easy to fall down on the stairs. In the room there is an aquarium with fishes but the water is dirty, it is green. In the room there are a lot of colored lights intermittently rather gaudy, it seems to be in a nativity scene. The bathroom is very small about 1 square meter or maximum 1.20 meters. There are not sockets in the bathroom either near the bed and either no near the Jacuzzi, there are only two sockets on the opposite corner. The Jacuzzi is wrong installed and probably water will come out flooding the bedroom. The wi-fi in the bedroom was very weak and sometimes you can not connect on Internet. Below the bedroom there is a room with a Jacuzzi if it's working (maybe during the night or early morning ) will make a lot of noise as if outside there is very very strong rain, this noise will wake up you. I would give you a zero if I could! Disaster, a real disaster. My boyfriend and I have booked a romantic night in a luxury room with jacuzzi and got one small room (cca 17 square meters) without windows and daily light! That room was so claustrophobic and without fresh air, so we couldn't sleep or be there. And that room had something that was used to be balcony and now, when you open the door you can see people in the lobby because the balcony is surrounded with walls with mirrors, and inside the

is very humid and dusty, so any normal person can't stand to be there. And the towels that we got were too old and torn. That is the luxury of Miami Spa and Wellness. We told to the guy who worked at the reception about the issue and he said that he doesn't care and that it is not his fault but the fault of the person who put a nice and photoshopped picture to cath the fools. I was totally surprised with his impolite an unprofessional reaction. All the worst for this place, don't go there because you will never get what you have booked. Wasted money, time and our special celebration became the worst nightmare like...
