I had stayed here on a 17 day transit. The Hotel is simply superb and can’t complain at all. Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Cooking team showed their excellence and hospitality on the full 17 days. All thanks to the manager Mladen who is managing to provide a 5 Star experience in 3 Star hotel. The cooking team tried their best to meet our expectations and were regularly requesting on feedback. The rooms are clean and very neat. The Restaurant team were always smiley and polite in answering and arranging stuffs. I would like to mention the entire team name for their excellent hospitality. The staff over there was exceptionally good and friendly helpful and the service was great too.. managers and staff especially the joyful guys named lazar, mladen, nemanyah, and others made us feel like they’re our family. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Loved every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!..loved the food and atmosphere made new friends I’ll miss the stay at Mar hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Also, the downtown area on Main Street is a best-kept secret a very good place to visit for an amazing day out.. the beauty of Serbia and its people are heart-stealing. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. I Will miss the staff, the Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in plus the High-quality rooms. I am writing as a representative of a company that accommodated its employees as guests at the Mar Hotel. When choosing a hotel, the location was crucial for us. It was important that it is near the airport because we had scheduled flights, and we needed our colleagues to rest before their next flight. Colleagues shared only positive impressions with me – from the rooms to the hotel service, everything was excellent.

What I liked the most was the professionalism and excellent communication with the hotel team. I had numerous requests and changes, including transfers to and from the airport, and the hotel team handled them flawlessly.

I would also like to praise the driver who transported my colleagues to the airport and back. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, assisting with the suitcases and escorting them from the parking lot to the departure platforms.
