Hotel Hedonic — Hotel in City of Belgrade

Unfortunately the level of the hotel had dropped. We used to stay at this hotel because of the familiar approach and the logic prices. Is on high way, has easy access and it is ideally for a rest stop after long driving. However, after the last experience I wouldn't recommended any more that hotel. The receptionist was amateur, offer different price than the one we finally paid for, for a junior suite with two kids, one double bed and sofa that wasn't able to be a bed... Additionally to it they didn't prepare the sofa just they gave us sheets and cover to prepare it alone. The shower on the bathroom wasn't working properly, the hand shower was out of order and in general it was bellow average experience. Poor breakfast and the hotel in general was not so clean as used to be. The answer to our question about pricing changes was " You had choice to not stay" when we already accepted one price and ...

The Hedonic Hotel is a good hotel if You need a one-night stay during travel, the reception is open all time, so You can arrive or leave any time You want, the hotel is located strictly next to the high-way and this is good and bad at the same time, good because it's really easy to go, bad because there is a traffic noise heard in rooms, guarded parking with a parking man, the service speaks English, no problem with card payment, pets are allowed, the room was clean enough but visible signs of use for example, stains on the carpet, a renovation is required, maybe very hot weather was a reason but the uncomfortable smell from pipes was there too, the hotel’s restaurant could serve more adequate meals for late arrives, the elevator is really small, and rooms’ doors are narrow, but generally, the hotel is ok, be careful searching in Google maps because there is also another Hedonic Hotel...
