Mosaique Casa — Hotel in City of Belgrade

Very unpleasant and unexpected experience! Following the rules and recommendations for preventing the spread of the COVID-19, I came into the facility wearing a protective mask, due to the short distance. Unfortunately I faced a very rude employee, who stated that it is forbidden to wear masks in Mosaique Casa! Although I pointed out that I wear a mask indoors and when I can not keep my distance, the staff had no understanding for my explanation, arguing that ''their house guests respect house rules''. I am not sure how a facility that offers products and services can be called a private house and who should regulate this behavior, but I am sure that my basic human rights were threatened at that time. I Came here with my husband and daughter for a relaxing family holiday and that’s exactly what we got. The staff here are so polite and helpful they will do literally anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have eaten here everyday and the food is healthy and also delicious for a very small price, compliments to the chef :). We relaxed by the pool every day and I can say its one of the nicest pools I have ever been to, very natural and beautiful it’s like being at a outdoor spa. The ambient is amazing, but the service appalling. Music too loud and more suited for an after party somewhere in Ibiza than a relaxing day at the pool. Staff was rude on both occasions I went there. I felt like I came to someone’s private house asking for something inappropriate (when I kindly asked if it is possible to change the type of music and the volume).
