Room I was in was small but clean and good enough to have some sleep, although TV and WiFi didn't work and the workers warned me about this just as I came in so it was not the warm welcome at all but it was honest. Also I was visiting during weekend when they had celebrations in the hall with loud music so be sure to avoid weekends if you come, I was lucky my room was far away from the noise otherwise who knows if I would get some sleep. Also while they have these celebrations the workers on the reception have to work in the bar so you probably won't get any help in the evening hours which is completely insane. If you plan to use the pool then perhaps this might be something I would recommend, pool is somewhere decent and it was not overly crowded. Both restaurants are more like a fast food, food preparation is as terrible as hospitality of the workers which do not act very kind, I almost felt guilty I ordered something and made waitress cook it for me. Absolute madness. Not to mention I used the wellness center they had and the only thing working was a sauna without any tools to spill the water and use it in a proper way. I would visit again because I came there to do some cycling, they had a place to store my bike overnight and I was able to access it anytime so I give it two stars for that. This is a classic Serbian hotel, built very well, has an amazing potential but there is nobody serious in charge that would make it work so it satisfies...

After a long trip, we were ready to sleep. But surprise! A live-action Kusturica movie began. A very loud Balkan wedding was happening on the ground floor. The bathroom was a true masterpiece. It came with a "disinfected" sign, but the pee drops on the toilet seat added a touch of authenticity. Hot water had its own agenda, taking a leisurely 10 minutes to arrive. The shower was more of a museum exhibit, with calcium limes making it a work of art. The staff claimed the tap water was drinkable, which must be a local joke. The taste was so bad, it made us appreciate the 0.5 cl bottled water they sell for 150 denars. Communicating with the staff was a comedy sketch. They couldn't speak English, and gestures seemed to be a foreign concept. I asked for one coffee and was offered “dva” 🤣 The Wi-Fi was a mythical creature. None of our group of 10 could connect, so we bonded over our shared digital isolation.
If you're in the mood for a comedy of errors, this is the perfect place for you....
Read moreThis was such a horrible experience. Would not recommend this „hotel“ at all. We arrived in the evening and there was nobody on the reception. I can’t find enough words for what was wrong with the room: no warm water (they say wait until it comes as the complex is huge), no water to flush the toilet, a piece of FECES on the shower door - this stunk so much you can imagine only unbearable smell, no shampoo or anything (but didn’t care as I had no warm water anyway), bed sheets were old and stinky, no air conditioning possible to SWITCH...
