Hotel Saradis Kruševac — Hotel in City of Kruševac

This is the worst place we ever stepped foot on while staying in a hotel! At start, it seemed promising until we noticed a mass of small ants on the carpet by the bed; then the bed itself needed some serious vacuuming and cleaning; drain in the washroom clogged, had to put towels on the ground to stop the water; in one word, filthy. We approached the staff, they took out the carpet with ants on it and informed us they would relay our cleanliness concerns to the owner. Then, the next day we overheard the arguing under our room window - the owner and his family were in a heated fight with another person which we were able to watch/hear from our window. Went for a breakfast included service, and had a few coffees (too many it appears) as we were charged for them the next day except a single one that was the limit which we were not told about; when we asked why they have not been upfront with the coffee restriction, the family member that served us just shrugged his shoulders, haha; there is no freaking hotel we visited in our lives with breakfast included that ever charged us or limited us for a coffee!!!!! Somebody mentioned in their reviews the arrogance of the owner: furthermore, the entire family was roaming around the restaurant and the hotel, their toddler riding a car toy up and down the restaurant, annoying; smoking inside the restaurant; loud noise from their parties. The owner attacked us the second day to pay him for extra coffees ready to fight with us: I just dissed the freak off by telling him I overheard him arguing the previous day with another person and will not indulge him with a fight. This place may look ok from the outside, but you should steer clear from it! They have no clue what the word service and hotel hospitality and...

One of the worst hotel i have stayed in my life. The owner of the hotel very bad and arrogant. I have been in Saradis Krusvec hotel for 13 days for quarantine in order to travel Saudi Arabia.

The issues as follows:- The food is very bad quality and bad smelling. Water and electricity issue. Suddenly electricity will go and stop water as well for one to two hours daily. Internet issue all the time, if you complaint about internet they will not fix till2 to 3 hours. Weekly one time room service, and the trash we have to throw for our self. Weekly three days there will be music with loud volume till 2:00 am. You will not get sleep till 2:00 am because of noise. Actual check out time is 11:00 am but they are not following it. With us they told us to check out 7:00am in the morning, but My friend got delayed to come out from the room for 30 minutes so the hotel owner directly enter the room and used bad words and...

Бяхме със съпруга ми по време на новогодишните празници - 30 декември - 2 януари. С включени 3 нощувки, 3 закуски и 3 вечери, като 1 новогодишна и 1 реприз. Имахме късмет стаите ни да имат прозорци - това е изключение за този хотел. Много от стаите имат само капандури или са неотваряеми, което е проблем, защото навсякъде се просмуква миризмата от кухнята и на цигари от ресторанта. Топла вода почти няма, или ако има е 5 минути и след това - студена. Който се излъже да си купи подобен пакет за празнуване, да има предвич, че и на закуските, и на вечерите се дава едно и също за храна. Колбасите, кашкавалите и сирената от закуските отиват в ордьоврите за вечерите, а каквото остане от вечерите се поставя за закуска. При страхотния хляб, който имат - винаги предлагаха стар и твърд, а който остане от вечеря - сутрин се предлагаше във вид на твърди и сухи пържени филии. И за трите вечери (включително тържествената новогодишна) се предлагаше едно и също - варена пилешка пържола от бут, която после е леко запечена на фурна и формовани плескавици - също печени на фурна. На новогодишната вечеря и реприза към тях беше добавено ужасно твърда свинска (нещо като) пържолка и по 5-7 см (зависи как са го отрязали) наденица. Масово хората не ги ядаха и имахме чувството, че месата се прибират и се затоплят и сервират отново и отново, докато трябва да се изхвърлят. И на двете уж тържествени вечери българските гости масово вечеряха твърд хляб и по нещо от мезетата. И те омръзват, защото същите се поднасяха за закуска. Бяхме озадачени, че при условие, че съседите са прочути със скарата си, всичко, което беше поднесено, беше печено и варено. Алкохол имаше достатъчно като количество, но не добро като качество. Но... на какво бяхме свидетели? Върнати от нашата маса чаши с напитки (едната беше с ужасно бяло вино, а другата - с някакъв горчив вермут) бяха погледнати от жената, която седеше на бара, тя изтри ръбовете на чашите, където беше отпито и ги сложи на таблите за следващо разнасяне.
