Pasha's Fountain — Hotel in City of Leskovac

The hotel is far away from the city, but this is not so bad. The bad thing starts inside the hotel. We were with a group for the Grill festival there. When we arrive was a big serbian wedding in the restaurant with loud music, so nobody could rest. There was no hot water for the 2 days in the hotel. It came for 1 hour before departure of the group. Outside it looks not so bad, but inside is lousy and dirty, at 3 o,clock the rooms were not ready, dirty and leaking ceilings. There ware no lamps on the ceilings and most of the doors were broken. In the morning at 9 o'clock was nobody from the staff, the restaurant, where we should have breakfast was dirty from the wedding party. They try to serve us the rests of the food, that remain from this party, it was disgusting, nothing was clean and washed up. We tried to speak to the manager, but a lady on the bar told us, that he or she is hiding even from the staff. This was crazy explanation, there is absolutely no normal management there. The staff was hired for the wedding last minute and most of the boys were school age. There are some more things, but we thing this is enough. On our opinion this hotel should be closed, and deserve 1 minus stars. Our advice is to stay away from this terrible place, where everybody lies and treat...

The pictures off of the website are beautiful indeed,but...thats's about it. The hotel is a bit worn down The hot water is actually lukewarm to cold The wifi is very unstable The rooms are cold (woke up to 18.5C room tempersture) The breakfast is not eatable as it simple doesnt exist (especially on Jan 1st right after New Years Eve) Heavioy understaffed for such events

If you decide to celebrate there New Years please reconsider your choice:

The music is horrible and extreamly loud to the point of which you hear screams but not sounds!

Food is alright & tables were cleared away often enough.

It is an all smoking area (excluding elevators), with zero airconditioning or ventilation to the point of which your eyes get watery. Take a wild guess where that smoke goes... to the floors above which is where your room is situated.

About that beautiful oak tree surroundings.......

Horror!Niby piękne położenie ale wewnątrz masakra!Przyjechaliśmy późnym wieczorem,w hotelu było wesele o czym wcześniej wiedzieliśmy-potworny jazgot muzyki,hałas nie dla ludzi na szczęście balują do godz.23 i faktycznie wszystko ucichło po tej godzinie.Kolacja zjadliwa,nawet z napojami ale pokoje -zgroza! Po pierwsze winda zepsuta i na 3-cie piętro wnoszono nam bagaże,pokoje zdewastowane bez światła,z nieczynną spłuczką klozetową,pościel nie zmieniana od miesięcy!Musiałam poświecić smartfonem żeby zobaczyć ,że mam spać na zakrwawionym prześcieradle!!! Zagłówek łózka był pokryty czymś w rodzaju pluszu a na tym pluszu była zaschnięta sperma!!!Wszystkie pokoje miały klucze w drzwiach,niewiele to dało bo wszędzie była używana pościel. Zwiedziłam kilka pokoi i nic!Udało mi się znaleźć pokój ze światłem (jako takim)i czynna spłuczka klozetową.Odpływ wody z prysznica był zatkany,brak brodzika-woda leje się na podłogę,przy dłuższym prysznicu można zalać cały pokój nie tylko łazienkę.Brak telefonu(zwykle takowy jest w pokoju)oraz TV.Na schodach ciemno można było łatwo spaść bo były czarne i naprawdę szło się trochę po omacku.Było cicho w nocy bo dookoła las-ładna okolica.Śniadanie beznadziejne,nawet normalnej herbaty nie było,margaryna zamiast masła!!!A cała reszta jedzenia to chyba resztki z wesela!Wstyd!Dziwię się,że taka znana firma jak Rainbow funduje swoim uczestnikom coś takiego i to za pieniądze!Taki nocleg powinien w ogóle nie istnieć lub być darmowy.Całość wycieczki była udana,lecz ten ostatni nocleg to naprawdę zgroza!Należałoby to zgłosić do szefostwa...
