The hotel is in a remote neighborhood of the city, near the highway exit. The location is quiet, not busy, but there is no greenery or space around. It is on a street with many houses of residents. I noticed that people of different nationalities are staying, so the place has a reputation.|There is enough space for parking, it is also illuminated and has video surveillance. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, smiling, communicative and helpful with everything. They provided us with a taxi in the evening that took us to a relatively good local restaurant. They really take care of everything, explain in detail, even if you just ask about something small.||It is clean everywhere, the room we rented was spacious and comfortable, the bed was wonderful, and the bathroom was great. There were also blackout curtains. We were on the 1st floor, without a balcony, literally next to the sidewalk and the street. And our car. :)|But we didn't hear a single sound all night. Except for the occasional yard or stray dog. And there are quite a few of those.||The breakfast was superb. When you check in, they give you 2 forms to fill out on how you want to eat in the morning and when you go down to the mini restaurant, which is wonderful, your table is waiting for you with everything laid out and served. This is rare in such places, it was extremely high quality.||Unfortunately, the pool was not working due to the changeable weather, so we did not use other services.||For price/quality and location + other extras like a great breakfast, parking, pool, internet, this is a place that would definitely appeal to...
Read moreThe hotel is a few kilometres from the centre of Nis but is within walking distance of the number 5 bus stop. You pas a useful supermarket on the way. The area is quiet and you will not be disturbed by revellers or traffic. ||There is a small pool with good sun loungers in the roof. He roof top bar serves food including good pizzas. The food at breakfast was also good, a good variety which was replenished frequently, a good drinks machine provided very good hot chocolate and coffee. ||However, acces to the roof is by a narrow spiral staircase or metal fire escape so it may not suit everyone. There are ground floor rooms but the disabled or inform could not reach the upper floors.||The rooms are attractive and there is a noticeable consideration of room and overall design which gives the hotel a smart, distinctive look. ||For such a modern hotel I would liked to have seen more consideration of ecological issues. The soap was changed every day, there was not the option to re use your bath towels and a lot of plastic straws...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews like this, but felt I had to given the great experience. It was just a single night stay but I was blown away by the great service. All three of the staff I came into contact with were really warm, friendly and could not have been more helpful. The spa room was available for 2 hour private hire free of change which was fantastic. And the breakfast (which I believe is normally a buffet but had been replaced with a pre-order menu due to COVID) was tasty and huge (they didn't limit what could be ordered and I have a big appetite!). The rooms were also spacious and very comfortable. All round a great stay - highly...
