DND VILA — Hotel in City of Niš

The Hotel “DND Vila” is one real tourist bijou, located in Nishka Banja. It is situated on the main street of the health resort, close to the park and the main sightseeings. The hotel is very luxurious and convenience. It has all needed comfort for one pleasant tourist sojourn. The large, comfortable and modern rooms propose a good atmosphere and tranquility. The staff is very kindly with high professionalism. They will meet you with great hospitality and in all the time will be helpful to your willingness. In addition the hotel proposes the best and excellent models of the Serbian dishes. It is one real culinary holiday for the tempted in the gourmet tourists. For the drivers, the hotel proposes private parking with 24 hours video-control. Finally, the hotel may be one excellent point for your examination of the landmarks and surroundings...

One star for good behaviour of staff and for good dinner. But unfortunately very very dirty place. Beds where very dirty and full of fungus. Without soap and just one shampoo for 3 rooms and without heater. We have been 7 people in 3 rooms and up to morning we could not sleep because...

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr mangelhaft zu bewerten .. die Toiletten haben einen unangenehmen Geruch der sich selbst durch das reinigen nicht beseitigen lässt. Das Wlan funktioniert nur einigermaßen und in der 2. Etage überhaupt nicht. Die Besitzerin des Hotels ist maximal dreist und befindet sich in der verbalen Kommunikation in der untersten Schublade (ich spreche ebenfalls serbisch). Während der ersten Übernachtung ist eine fremde Person um 3 Uhr morgens ins Zimmer gekommen (ich weiß nicht woher die Person den Schlüssel hat). Auf Anfrage in die Kameras zu schauen, wurde nicht eingegangen. Die Zimmer wurden nach mehreren Tage erst auf bitte gereinigt.. ebenfalls wurde die bitte den Pool zu reinigen gekonnt ignoriert. Tagsüber ist es fremden Personen die kein Zimmer gebucht haben erlaubt, den Pool ebenfalls mitzunutzen..
