Hotel Crystal Light — Hotel in City of Niš

I booked a room through Booking.com, and the photos on the website gave the impression of a stylish and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. My family and I were accommodated in a rather mediocre room that did not resemble the images advertised online.

The service was also disappointing. The front desk staff, particularly the young lady at check-in, was not very accommodating and did little to make us feel welcome. For the price and expectations set by the online presentation, the experience fell short.

Excellent, helpful and professional staff. The room I had was tiny but clean and tidy. Good car parking in the hotel car park. The breakfast is not good enough with one domestic coffee machine barely able to keep one person going through breakfast, let alone an entire hotel! I was excited to see a sign for poached eggs, my favourite, only to find it was a translation error and they were very poorly overly fried eggs and the chef would not make me poached eggs. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is simply amazing. The receptionist and waiter at the restaurant were super kind and friendly. Ignore the reviews that say the rooms are small; they are big enough unless you want to play football in them. Breakfast was pretty good. It's such a shame it was raining, so we missed the chance to have breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfy, unlike many hotels these days. Hope to stay there...
