Hotel IDEO LUX — Hotel in City of Niš

Amazing hotel, outside it looks like a Cinderella, but inside it’s a Queen of elegance and welfare. Luxurious, modern, huge, quiet rooms, an incredible mattress ( the best in my life) and three pillows each ( I still can’t believe it!). The air conditioning is on the floor so not disturbing at all ( for the first time my head didn’t freeze in the strong wind made by the air conditioning!). A lot of TV channels, for everybody . The bathroom is really perfect, very clean, new and the towels smell so good and fresh. Very friendly staff, good English speakers. Breakfast is really the supreme one! So many choises, but the best was the waiter who treated us like we were from the royal family. Full of joy at 7 o’clock in the morning, wearing an elegant bow ( which was a nice touch!), with a friendly, genuine smile he explained to us which dish was traditional, made of what, he served us with a strong, good coffee and he was there to help with everything. I think this hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed...

Everything went well during the first days, besides Wi-Fi doesn't work well in some rooms. Breakfast is cool, rooms are big, beds are comfortable and staff is polite, but on Friday and on Saturday night it was a nighmare. They had a celebration al the restaurant until 1am and I could hear the music as if I was over the record-player. Internet doesn't work in the rooms during the party. After 1am they start to pull and move back tables, chairs and everything until 2.30 am or even 3am. Then Internet starts working. It's crazy to organize parties if the system has no acoustic insulation. It's a pity, because I'm writing an 'Avoid it' and a 'Terrible' when everything was OK...

Selected place since it was near customer location.||||Arriver 8pm, loud music from restaurant. Asked reception when I can expect some quiet time to sleep and received info that they should stop by midnight. Now is 1am and music is still loud and becomes louder.||||Called local munucipal police and they also called hotel to warn them but no result. Police patrol on the way to hotel.||||Obviously this hotel owner/management do not care about hotel guest and local law enforcement.||||Stay away from this mafia style hotel if you...
