Rile Men Hotel — Hotel in City of Niš

The staff was helpful and the receptionist helped us with the bags from the parking nearby. The rooms are spacy and the breakfast was passable (continental type). However, we received a different room than the one we had booked. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the bathroom had no ventilation. After raising our concerns, the reception offered us another room, which was slightly better, but the smoke smell could be noticed over time. The bathroom facilities were outdated, with some fixtures either loose, not working properly or missing some parts. The elevator had tendency to get stuck in some floors. Although the hotel claims to have a non-smoking policy, smoking was allowed in rooms and even in the breakfast area, where guests were smoking during breakfast. My aunt and i had a king size bed and a hot tub in a room on the 7th floor with a little balcony. |Everything looks expencive at first glance, but there was a wooden board sticking underneath the bed and it was squeking! The hot tub couldent be pluged so we couldnt fill it up. oh so many things wrong here. on a very busy road with 4 parking spaces ,The hotel room could not be locked, the bed was old and dirty , the sheets were warn and frayed, the duvet was too small, the room itself was far to dark and dirty, the bathroom really tiny and unusable except for the very basic use, they seem to have a broken card machine so they take you to the cash machine so they don't have to use your card, smoking is allowed everywhere, breakfast was the most basic with an extra 2 euro request for horrible coffee, nothing was right here, avoid it,...
