Worst hotel ever I seen, food pathetic, wifi very low connection,staff not have basic manners, rooms need maintenance, bed was not good I used to sleep on floor in my entire stay of 15 nights even I ask many times to change they said not possible, no housekeeping team in hotel to clean rooms. No reception available at desk, room calls no one answer from reception nor room service. I ask them to let me speak with manager their answer we don’t have manager. Worst...

The hotel is located in a quiet side street, far enough from the city center, but that's no problem. The receptionist welcomed a very nice and helpful young lady.
