Hotel Oxa Novi Pazar — Hotel in City of Novi Pazar

Good location, about 4KM from Novi Pazar.||The room was not clean - we had dead flies in the room, in 2 sections in the room (it looked like a graveyard).||The remote of the aircondition was missing and it was already cold there - reception said that they didn't have it and that they were preparing the systems for heating (we used the hair fan to heat the room in which we slept and wore jackets to heat ourselves).||There was no soap to wash the hands so we had to "borrow" from the shower soap stand...||The nickel in the shower had spots of water, like it was never cleaned. ||Breakfast - 3 options to choose: varieties of eggs, some vegetables and Pitta break. And another option - Sandwich (in a hotel!!!!!). No coffee for breakfast. Only Chamomile tee or milk. Deal with that.||Nothing sweet (even not honey). First of all I am thrilled with parking, which is safe and spacious. The rooms are beautiful, clean and big, overlooking the river. The hotel staff and the service is phenomenal. I was esspecially surprised by free wi-fi internet throught the hotel. In restorant you can order beautiful national food, and freshen up in the garden of the hotel. Whilst this hotel is a few kilometres out of the town, it was fine for us as we had a car and it was on the main road we would take the next day. There was ample off street parking available at the front of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable...fairly basic room you would expect in a hotel complex. Breakfast was ok, but nothing all that fancy....omelette with cheese...
