Respected all'
Today 13.02.2021 (Saturday) after a walk try the woods and a nearby memorial me and my family visited hotel "Norcev". After we entered the property i myself approached the receptionist and asked if the bar' is opened after she politely confirmed that it is we situated ourselves on one of many available tables.
Waiter showed up on one of the nearby tables at the moment we were about to sit down which he served and looked at our direction.
Around 10 minutes after that still nobody was showing up to attend to our table even the bar was half empty,in one moment another Waiter showed up approached one of the guests greeted them and sit down and started smoking the cigar.
After another 10 minutes we stood up and started leaving the bar and the hotel itself for obvious reasons,i politely approached the receptionist which I might add was very polite and asked if anybody was working in the bar and for that matter in the hotel beside her' because nobody of the staff was really showing up to serve us or the rest of the guests...
She looked pretty surprised and started taking the phone presumably to call somebody to attend,in that moment we thanked her' and said that at this point there is no need and left the bar and the hotel.
It's very unfortunate for the hotel with quite a bit of history and personal memories of my own when i was a kid' and coming there with my brother, mom and dad to spend weekends there and enjoy outdoors.
I guess it will have stay in good memories were it...
Read moreYes there is the pool but we couldn't use it because on all sunbeds were things of other people who were somwhere else. Looks like you have to arrive early and "reserve" your place for whole day :(|What to say about room? Disaster, if you don't believe look at my photos. Completely ruined. They didn't invest a dinar to restore this hotel, to ask for improvement it's out of the question. |There 35c outside but aircondition was broken as everything else. |Finally about the value for the money. We payed this experience 55 eur per night. Just a week before we payed the same amount in a 5 star hotel Ramada for the family room. So, I don't understand these other reviewers who claim this hotel offer great value for money.|All in all, sad so sad. |These people obviously think if they have this perfect location they don't need to do a...
Read moreAs soon you arrive it's obvious that this hotel is state owned. The rooms are dirty with very old furniture, walls are chipping and stained, there's also stains on the sheets and towels. Hygiene is very very bad everywhere throughout the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel I didn't even have hot water in my room. The food is nothing special with a lot of repetitions, we've had french fries for lunch and dinner every single day of our stay. Most of the staff is very unprofessional and rude, acting like you're some pest staying in their hotel. WiFi is really bad, it's almost non existent. Pool and sauna are nice, even tho the pool water is pretty cold. They are the best part of the hotel, next to...
