Stari Krovovi Hotel — Hotel in City of Novi Sad

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever experienced. Room small, air conditioning non-functional, dirty bed linen. No food menu. Every evening they offered us chicken with french fries.

There was a social event at the hotel for 3 days. Loud music 3 nights. We could not sleep because you could hear it absolutely in the whole hotel. We could not eat for 3 days because there was an event in the restaurant. They kicked us out of the restaurant. After three days, the young lady at the reception told us that we could eat at the reception. There is no table at the reception.

The service was very good. Our receptionist was very friendly and helped us with a difficult situation. The people working the hotel are kind and patient. The room itself was a disaster. The beds are old and stiff, the room smells of stale human sweat, and the shower is suitable for small statured people. Overall upkeep was dire as wallpaper was peeling from the wall, there were several stains on the carpet and on the mattresses. The breakfast options were suitable, however the cheese, sliced tomatoes, and meats were not covered and had several flys...

We are here for a dance festival whith a dance club, the whole hotel is rented by us. The children are participating daily to the contest and each night in the weekend there is a wedding in the restaurant of the hotel, it sound in the rooms like you are there too, so no way you can rest. It ‘ s completly un professional and rude not to let your guests rest 2 nights in a row, at least we should have been announced by this fact. So don’t come in the weekend here if you need rest...
