Absolutely terrible experience avoid this hotel

We stayed here for one night as part of a hiking tour, expecting a quiet place to rest. However, there was a wedding going on in the hotel with extremely loud music playing until 2 a.m. According to the hotel rules – and Serbian law – noise is supposed to stop by 10 p.m., but this was completely ignored.

We went to the reception twice to ask for the music to be turned off because our rooms were literally vibrating from the bass. The first time, they asked us to wait 30 minutes. After nothing changed, we went again, and the manager said the same thing – just wait another 30 minutes. At this point, we had already been unable to sleep for over 2 hours.

Desperate, we went to the wedding party ourselves and asked them to turn down the volume, but we were completely ignored. Finally, we had to call the police, and only then was the music turned off.

This hotel clearly prioritizes profit over guest experience. Renting the same space to both wedding parties and regular guests is a terrible idea, especially when the hotel cannot or will not enforce its own rules.

Could've been a nice place, but seems like it's not really maintained properly. The furniture and decor are tired. In the lobby and the common area smells of greasy food. The breakfast does not deserve a comment as it was awful, no options either. The coffee was bland and tasteless. They have a hall for parties and personal gatherings and we've been informed that there might be loud noises up until 10pm, however we weren't able to sleep at all, as there was live music including musicians with trombones until 4am. Some of the party guests got into a fight under our balcony and at the end they used their cars to make doughnuts in the parking lot. It was awful. It is a very high quality and very clean hotel. I can say that the rooms are very luxuriously furnished and everything has been thought of. There is no smoking in the rooms but there is a very large and comfortable balcony. You can have a beer while watching the beautiful view on the balcony. There is a large and free car park.
