Kuća Lula — Hotel in City of Pirot

Nice country house, in a very tiny village distanced from crowds and noises. House itself is quite compact, but it has everything you need for cooking and living. A lot of pretty tiny authentic details from the cultural heritage at this part of Serbia. Nice outside area, great barbecue facilities, spectacular mountain view and the murmur of the river - that’s all you need to unwind completely and recharge your batteries. We even went fishing with our son and got some small fish for the cat. Host is a great guy, he was always available and even guided us to our amateur fishing adventures.

Downsides to take into account - the second bedroom was cold even in summertime, it maybe nice when it’s hot outside but may become a problem during the chilly weather. There were only three of us so we shared a bed in the living room cause there is a fire place to warm up the space. Also we experienced problem with the hot water pressure - boiler doesn’t work for 2 days. But we finally could wash up normally the third day when the problem was fixed...

A nice little house at the one of the road in the village. Literally end of the road… the people managing it apparently visit it often as there are personal belongings in the house/cupboard etc… Like the location, like the quiet and peacefulness like the house being clean. Dislike very much the toilet. It’s an all in one toilet+shower… so no shower curtain, door to shower… it’s a toilet bowl, sink+showerhead… so you shower in the toilet pretty much. Water was a problem one day but they have their additional water storage which kicks in but with very low pressure so showering is then not really possible. Proposal to owner. Install more lights around the property especially above the grill. Would make the evenings so much more pleasant. All in all a...

Beautiful house in the very small mountain village, untapped nature, great location that is nearby to many natural attractions - Viewpoint Kozji kamen, waterfall Tupavica, Rosomački lonci (gorge) and many others. Everything in the house was clean, well maintained, the owner is very polite and helpful. If you want a true detox from the city & the crowd, this is a perfect spot to disconnect from the noise & stress and reconnect to the nature & yourself. We stayed for 4 nights and truly enjoyed it.
