Kastel Marijeta — Hotel in City of Vršac

We attempted to visit this restaurant twice. The first time we got there we were told that they were closed. There's nothing in regards to their business hours on their site, at the location or on google (at the time when we went).I'm not sure how people are supposed to know the hours of operations?

The second time we went on a Saturday, we were told that they could not accommodate us and that we need reservations. The hostess was a bit rude. The restaurant only had two other parties aside from us, lots of empty tables. We left and will, of course, not be coming back.

A gem and a rare find. If you are wishing to explore the park and surrounding area, this is the place to be. The garden just merges into the countryside and beyond. I leave with the impression this establishment is run primarily as a passion and not just a business. As cycle tourers who had just tipped over into a 50cm deep muddy puddle, we had a number of particular requests. I can say we were accommodated with enthusiasm. Very grateful and appreciate your help. The room rates are very reasonable for the level comfort and location. I understand they also accommodate functions and business events.
