MV Monogram — Hotel in Indjija Municipality

They have literally saved my life from a heat stroke and didn't even make me pay for the food. I have been walking since 3 AM from belgrade to Novi Sad with a friend and I almost had a fatal heat stroke, on the way, I was almost throwing up and getting on my knees from nausea and extreme dehydration, I have to add that I have slept for 1 hour in total before beginning the 16 hours walk (it was supposed to be that long), I had almost no meal before and to make things worse I drank an energy drink, ate candy, drank juices and just overloaded my body which wasnt ready, dehydrated and very tired from the heat and 8-9 hour walk up till now. So to continue the story, I was desperately drinking water and barely walking ahead with my friend, I almost died, I was praying like 8 times on the way here, by the way we didnt know this was here. Its like God sent it. I came inside, my friend ordered water, I tried drinking, it didnt help, then I went and literally laid on the grass and poured water all over my upper body. Then I came back to our table and Bane and the team (everyone there) gave me the most help I could ask for, they gave me ice many times, a towel, put me somewhere with air conditioning, told me theyd call the ambulance if anything happens, then gave me water, orange, soup, bread and even lemonade, all for FREE. I was extremely touched and grateful, as I was literally saved from dying, I put ice all over myself and put salt in my water and drank it. I was then staying there for a few hours waiting for my friend to arrive as my other friend left to continue the walk after he left me money. I truly cant repay everyone back. I am writing this review in deep gratefulness and respect, shame too for being so spoiled while being so dirty and wet. I'll start off with the reason for the four stars on location. The hotel as nice as it is, is 9km from Indija. There is no walking around town. Other than that. I would give location 4,8 but, it's not possible. I enjoy the peacefulness of being outside of town. Service: absolutely outstanding. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The really do their best to serve your needs. It's actually fun talking to the people who work here. The room: my room is great. I'm on the third floor, have a view that I greatly enjoy. A good stopover between Belgrade and Novi Sad The hotel is essentially located in the middle of nowhere, but it’s a great option for those traveling by car – perfectly situated between Belgrade and Novi Sad. There is a shopping outlet close to the hotel at Indija.

Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; instead, you had to order from a small menu – omelets, scrambled eggs, Nutella toast, sandwiches. I would have preferred more variety, but I suppose the limited options were due to the low number of guests at the time.

The room was clean and comfortable – even bathrobes were provided.
