The hotel is located in a wide valley within the Fruska Gora nature reserve, surrounded by lush green hills. It’s a peaceful and scenic setting that feels close to nature The hotel itself is spacious, modern, and looks quite new. Next to the main building, there’s a large spa complex. Access to the spa and pools is included in the room price, which is a great bonus There are five restaurants on the hotel grounds, giving guests a nice variety of dining options without needing to leave the area The hotel has 11 pools in total. Three are standard outdoor pools, and one of them features water slides. The rest are thermal pools located in the spa, spread over three or maybe even four levels. Two of the thermal pools are outdoors, while the others are indoors and covered. Taking a dip in the thermal waters is a very enjoyable experience. The spa also includes a wet sauna (hammam), at least two dry saunas, and a variety of treatments and massages at very reasonable prices We booked a standard room but were happy to receive a free upgrade to a superior one. The room was spacious, clean, and new, with a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The shower was a treat, and the bed was big and comfortable. There was also a free minibar with soft drinks and water (still and sparkling), restocked every morning by room service Breakfast was very rich and diverse, with plenty of pastries, egg dishes (including made-to-order), and even a machine for freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice. I counted at least six automatic coffee machines placed for easy guest access. The dining area is large and divided into several rooms, with an option to sit on a terrace. Even though the hotel was quite full, the size of the dining area helped avoid any crowded feeling Parking next to the hotel costs 2,000 RSD per day, and it’s not covered. However, there is a free covered parking lot about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel allows up to 30 minutes in the paid parking area, which is useful for check-in and check-out Service was excellent in every part of the hotel — reception, spa, dining room, and housekeeping. Staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional Overall, considering everything the hotel offers, the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended

Terrible experience. I would rate it 1/10. We booked this hotel for a relaxing weekend and ended up spending our time solving issues caused by poor service, broken systems, and rude staff. First, there were zero explanations at check-in about breakfast hours or how the facilities work. It felt like we were supposed to just figure everything out ourselves. Then the key card to our room didn’t work. Luckily, a cleaning lady helped us get in. We went back to the reception, got new cards, and headed to the spa — but our bracelets didn’t work either. We returned to the reception, got new ones, and tried again. Still not working. On our third attempt, I asked to speak to a manager. Instead, we were met with dismissive and rude behavior. A receptionist named Milica Kirchanski refused to call the manager and insisted we should have known to charge the bracelets at the spa desk — something no one told us. When we said we hadn’t received any instructions, she became defensive and started blaming us instead of helping. Eventually, we figured it out ourselves, but it took nearly an hour just to access the room and spa. During this time, not a single staff member showed any real willingness to help — just denial, blame-shifting, and gaslighting. Other disappointing details: • We were given dirty beach towels and had to go back and request clean ones. • The hotel mixes guests who pay €200 per night with day spa visitors who pay €20 — resulting in extreme overcrowding. Good luck finding a place to sit unless you arrive early in the morning. • At the pool bar, we waited 25 minutes in line, only to be told they were completely out of food and only had drinks. • Common areas were poorly maintained: garbage on the floor, used cups everywhere, people smoking in non-smoking areas, and aggressive security blowing whistles nonstop, ruining any sense of relaxation. • When we tried to order room service, the staff member simply shouted “No English!” — extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. This stay was a huge disappointment and not worth the money at all. If you’re looking for a relaxing spa weekend, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Currently at the resort for 4 nights. Staying in an apartment in the Residence building. Pros - very clean, pools are great, Piazza Restaurant excellent, buffet is ok, not great, most staff has been exceptionally fantastic, our apartment is beautiful. Cons - staff at Gastro snack bar could use some training in friendliness and how to treat customers. Very perfunctory and lacking in customer service. We have been asking for 3 days for the Mozza sticks which are on the menu. Each day we’ve been told they are out. Today the young women told us they don’t have them at all, and won’t for a while. I suggested that maybe they could put a little piece of tape or note on the large poster board menu to let guests know. I was met with two very stern looks and clear annoyance that I would even make the suggestion. I apologized and said it was just a suggestion they could pass on to management, to which the reply was that they weren’t going to change the whole menu because of one item they currently don’t have. Sadly, this is the type of attitude that turns guests off, especially those not used to the brusqueness that one finds sometimes in this part of the world. |The rest of the staff we have encountered on this visit have been outstanding. |Another issue with this gastro snack bar is small, but also annoying. When you order fries or nuggets, you have to pay extra for each little ketchup packet you want. They are not included. I’ve travelled all of the world and have never run into this, but ok, it is what it is. However, I see the same stern young women who work there give ketchup out of a large bottle to someone when they asked. Literally right next to me. I then asked if ketchup was included if I asked for it, and they said no. No then asked why some people get free ketchup and others do not, the reply was a bit of an empty stare, and then “don’t ask me, I don’t make the rules”. |Last suggestion would be to have more outlets in apartment for charging phones and devices. We have one outlet on each side of the bed, but the lamps are plugged into those. No other outlet close by the bed for charging. Would expect better from a building 2 years old. |Again….end of the world? No. But definitely annoying. I expect better of Mövenpick specifically because it is a foreign brand, and not a domestic Serbian brand. |I can see that there is little point to “complaining” as these are considered minor things in this part of the world, but there...

We spent a weekend of June 22-23 in this hotel and I have pretty mixed feelings about it.

Let’s start from the positive aspects of our weekend:

Very friendly guys at the entrance We had a superior suit and it was amazing. The size, cleanliness, bathrobes etc - all perfect. Plenty of swimming pools & saunas for everybody’s taste. There were a lot of people in the hotel but we didn’t feel it since the territory is huge. Super tasty buffet - we had dinner and breakfast and both had an amazing choice of food

Now the negative ones: Very warm water in the pools. It was +37 degrees outside and the water was so warm that it made no sense to go inside to “cool down” On Saturday and Sunday morning we had BOILING hot water in the room. There was no cold water at all. How were we supposed to take shower and even wash hands under boiling water? Considering the price of the room such incidents are not acceptable. Moreover, we called the reception twice and all they said was “sorry, we know and we cannot do anything”. No discount, no compliment - nothing offered to apologize for this HUGE inconvenience. On Sunday we wanted to have lunch at the buffet but they told us that they decided not to cook lunch that day. How is that possible in the hotel which announces having lunch buffets every day and which is full of people?! Food at the snack bars is horrible. We had sandwiches, pizza, chicken nuggets - all was not eatable and not well done at all. Also, it is hilarious how the snack bar scams the guests to buy “fresh mix” at the price of 5€ (550 din) which is supposed to be a fresh juice made out of lemons and oranges but in reality they use probably one orange and one lemon to make a juice for 20 people. What kind of a joke was it? The check in is at 14h. If you arrive earlier, you cannot use the pools and you have to pay for the entrance separately (2’250 rsd). What kind of service is that where the hotel which costs 300€ per night cannot let their guests chill at the pool (not check in in the room) while waiting for the check in? We had to pay to spend 3h at the pools on a day of check in! There is no shop and no pharmacy in the hotel or at a walking distance from it. You want a snack? You better bring it from home or you have to walk 30 min to the nearest shop.

All in all, I think I will return to the hotel but I hope the staff will notice this review and do something to improve...

This hotel was a complete disaster. We stayed here for 3 days in July 2023 and suffered from the hotel's incompetence and negligence. The hotel failed to provide essential facilities like cold water and AC for 3 days in the hottest days of the year +42°C (+110F). The room was unbearable due to the cigarette smoke that filled the air through the central AC.

The bathroom was disgusting and unhealthy due to mold and stale water. We paid extra for the suite, which promised a luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna room, but it turned out to be a nightmare with no air vent. The bathroom tiles were a safety hazard as they were extremely slippery. There was a rubber pad for the shower, but it was hidden and useless.

The towels were scarce and inconvenient. We had to go to the reception desk of the spa/saunas to get one towel per person and that was it. For such a large and expensive complex, it is unacceptable and ridiculous.

The elevators were slower than a snail. The sofa was stained and dirty. The pool area had no servers and there was only one snack bar on 7 pools with extremely slow service as there was usually only one person working. The servers were incompetent and unprofessional as they were inexperienced high school students who forgot our orders, spilled our drinks, and ignored our complaints. This hotel should pay for better staff.

We complained about the AC, water problem from day 1 but they were just telling us to wait 1h to 2h, nothing was resolved. At the end of the second day (7pm) after we asked for the manager, he offered to move us to the "villas" or give us fans for the room. We said that wasn't the solution as we were leaving the next day at 10am. In the end he offered us 10% off which honestly came as an insult.

Overall, this complex is a nice idea but with these issues, management and half of the people should be fired and replaced with competent professionals or just downgrade the hotel to 2 stars so you don't expect much and lower the price to match the poor experience. One word of advice to foreign travelers is that Serbia doesn't have buyer/purchase protection and don't expect any refunds or customer care as they don't care about the customers because they don't have any repercussions.

I would absolutely advise everyone to stay away from this hotel.

The pools were nice and clean but everything else left too much to be desired given how...
