Вила Увац — Hotel in Nova Varos Municipality

Amazing location, frendly people, clean rooms. About 1km of road to villa is very bad, I think that someone should take care of that. Rooms are clean with own bathroom, but bed could be better, mattress seems a bit old. Beautifull view from terrace where you can peacefully drink coffee or eat something from rural household nearby. Lake is about 5 minutes on foot, and you can take a boat ride from there. You have a shared kitchen where you can make food, there is a coffee machine and you can buy some refreshments. Amazing place with a very friendly staff. Almost all rooms have a view at the lake, which is literally 5 minutes away on foot. Be aware though that this place is somewhat hard to reach, you have to go through some unlit and dirt roads, so if you can, arrive while the sun is still up. That somehow adds to the feeling of the place, like there's a a clear view at the stars every night with minimal light pollution (Bortle 3), the Milky Way is clearly visible. It's also deafeningly quiet, can't hear much other than the local birds...

Where do I start? A great location, tucked in among untouched nature, about 100 meters from the lake, surrounded by plethora of incredible viewpoints.||And food? Oh my god. Serbia is generally known for great food, but here you also have great variety of locally produced food that is avaolutely delicious. ||A lot of options for different activites.
