Zdrelo Spa — Hotel in Petrovac-na-Mlavi Municipality

This is THE WORST 3 star hotel in the WORLD (3 stars are at the entrance).||Rooms:||- wooden furniture is decaying from moisture||- bathroom ceiling plastic, warped out and dirty ||- shower doors missing||- smallest TV in the world||- window frames all dirty||- mirror frame all warn out and peeling away||Pools:||- rust everywhere (showers, gullys...)||- tiles missing||- 2 clocks (all of them) now working||- sunbeds broken (some, not all of them)||- water all muddy at closing time||- disinfected with chlorine that is manually added in buckets over night||- no control of water composition||- got small burns from chlorine (went too early in the pool, not all chlorine had dissipated, UNSAFE)||- full of some black hair (like someone lost a wig in it, something that chlorine cant kill)||Restaurant:|| Paid meal (lunch):|| - full of flys (you will see why)|| - waiter 19y old, puffing when you need a minute to decide|| - no fresh juices, only Coke and other garbage|| - over priced (waay overpriced)|| - serving time - forever|| - soup (only one on menu) sour, oily, with tiny peaces of meat (with fat on them)|| - cutlery - dull|| - main course cold|| - meat stinks|| - dressing - peal from cucumber (garbage)|| - chicken nuggets (advertised on speakers as specialty) with skin of course, full of cartilage and small bones, filled with some dried out vege cheese (cheapest one)|| Breakfast:|| - leftovers from yesterday|| - smelly eggs|| - worst smelly hot-dogs|| - over 50 meals that no one wanted yesterday, at least flys didn't matter, there were a lot|| - juice again not fresh but orange extract (cheapest one)|| - coffee - the worst filter coffe you will ever taste with some fully looking bubbles, with of course Nesscaffe written on machine. || - i left hungry i bought an ice cream that had no prices on, so I had to ask around if they didn't overcharge me (nice for strangers, they can charge them 5-15E for ice cream, just a guess)||||You would not believe that we actually paid to be in this hotel Transylvania. Maybe that's what is was!? You cant really tell because some of the letters from hotel sign were also missing.||||To sum it all up:...

Never made one star rating for any place before, but in this case, I'm sorry for not being able to make a 0-star rating.

Extremely unprofessional (one waiter and one maid excluded) and unpleasant staff, dirty and poorly maintained rooms (changed two, one even having "Superior" door sticker), bad quality food and dirty restaurant (during buffet breakfast, waiters don't even clean the table after the previous guests, rolling their eyes over when you ask them to do it...)

I've been to all kinds of places, some of those facilities were much more modest than Zdrelo Spa, but never ever been to a place where I felt lousier as a guest and a human being! Besides leaving me with 8-year old daughter, wet and hungry after spending hours on the swimming pool, unable to enter our room, change and go to lunch (had to go to reception desk three times before they called the maid to open the door, since key card refused to work), they also called me at 20:51 at night before check-out, to see if I left the hotel, since they saw me taking one suitcase into the car... Asked if I left the hotel without returning key card - de facto calling me a thief!!!!

In reality, I only took one suitcase to the car so in the morning (when really leving the hotel) could just take second one - which stayed in the room - and they called me in the middle of my dinner to tell me I didn't returned key card, although we have paid in advance for one more night in this "hotel"!!!! Very humiliating!

Of course, no apology was given by the reception lady for this or "don't care for your locked room" incident.

So, if you would like to feel humiliated or being treated like a human trash, sleeping in old, dirty room and eating discusting food on high prices, Zdrelo Spa is the right place for your...

I stayed in this hotel with my family in November 2014. Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, outside Petrovac. Main activity in hoel is enjoying great water park and swimming pools with warm spa water that enables you to swimm outside even in winter. Rooms are clean and nice, although no balconies. What bothered me was deposits that they insisted on...when checking in you should make deposit for potential future services!! If you want towels or robes, you should put deposit again....||Swimming pool is overcrowded during weekend. No control of number od people and spa capacity. Restaurant is decent.||||My problem was that I came with 1-year old baby and in all the swimming pools it was banned to bring in children under 3 . No baby cot was available, no high chair in the restaurant..reallz not baby friendly :(||||Stuff is friendly and helpful, especially nie girl Dusica on the reception and Stefan the waiter.||Nice destination for one night citz getaway, bt...
