Hotel Milmari — Hotel in Raska Municipality

I want to emphasize that this is a review only for wellness and spa zone, since we were not guests of the hotel, but visitors of the spa center. This was everything but spa experience. We particularly chose Milmari spa among many other spa offers on Kopaonik; we called the reception to confirm that pool water is really 30 degrees as it was stated. We had our 4 year old kid with us, the water in the pool was cold and there were around 10 older kids jumping in the pool, screaming, without anyone to watch them or warn them this is strictly forbidden. There was no music, no air, no atmosphere whatsoever. Furthermore, in the space between the pool and the saunas, there is sort of a cafe, where three men were sitting drinking and SMOKING for hours… it was so dirty and disgusting… I repeat, this is NOT a separate area, it is right beside the entrance of the pool. Tried not to vomit, father and the kid literally ran away and I, unfortunately, went to the saunas and guess what?! None of them was even close to be hot, maintained and there was no water in the wooden barrel to pour over the stones. I took the barrel poured some water over the stones but the sauna itself wasn’t heated enough. Jesus! I tried two saunas, then gave up, took a shower and left fully shocked and disappointed. Oh yes, going out from the “sauna” I wanted some water as I always drink plenty of water in EVERY SPA I have ever been to, but guess what?!? There is no drinking water available and if you wish you can order a bottle from the restaurant bar upstairs!!! Wet, frozen, naked, going to the bar and then paying extra, and we already paid more than 50€ for the entrance to this horrible place, no thanks!… If there was a zero rating for this experience, it would still be too much for you. Shame on you hotel...

The hotel located in the distance from slopes but has a beautiful view, overlooking mountains. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the staff working in the hotel is the reason why our stay was unpleasant.

The receptionist is never to be found. They are hanging somewhere all the time but not in their workplace. If you need to ask something or order a taxi you are on your own.

The cleanliness of the place is shocking. Noone cleans your room for days. We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and saw a cleaning lady once. She didn't even bother to wipe the mirrors or vacuum properly. The shared areas are untidy, boxes and mops are laying around the hotel. Everything is old.

Extremely bad service in the restaurant area. When we were visiting they did not have any breakfast for us. Even if you pay, the attitude is bad. So we ended up eating in Bernard and hotel Nacional.

I really advise you to consider other hotels, as the staff of Milmari Spa and resort will make your stay in the hotel unpleasant. And I believe that the owner of the place should look into who is working for him. These people are unprofessional...

We loved the view from our room, so Amazing! Also the spa was wonderful after a long day of walk. Very clean room and has all you need! But, when we First came we were told the price for two nights that later turned out to be price for one night. We felt like we were being scammed . Also, first two days we went to wellness and spa from 20 until 22. Last day a new blonde worker was there and already at 20:40 she turned off the music and jacuzzi and from 9 told us that we have to leave until 21:30 and was even coming few times to us telling that she is turning off before that. We though that was really unfair since it’s said that working time is till 22 and not 21. In General we felt that most of stuff are really not motivated and not making us feel welcome. For such a price we expected better...
