BISERNA DOLINA UVAC — Hotel in Sjenica Municipality

Biserna dolina Uvac has truly found a special place in my heart. Together with a group of women from the Netherlands, we spent a few days here in June 2025, mainly to enjoy the beauty of nature and immerse ourselves in yoga. The surroundings are simply breathtaking: stunning viewpoints, winding hiking trails, and a silence that touches you deeply. The warm and heartfelt welcome made us feel at home from the very first moment. Vesna cooked for us with so much love that every meal felt like a celebration. Everything radiated care and hospitality – from the willingness to help with anything, to the fresh, fragrant bed linen and soft towels. No unnecessary luxury, but the kind of simplicity that feels truly rich. Here you find the kind of peace you cannot buy anywhere else. A place where you can reconnect with yourself, while also being the perfect starting point to explore the surroundings – from the breathtaking Molitva viewpoint to a boat trip from Markova ravan camp. An experience that stays with you – and one I wholeheartedly recommend...

Really great find in the Uvac region. On a hill overlooking the river. You can access a couple of walking trails from the garden of the property. Parking was available. The road to the accommodation is gravel and fine for any type of car.||The owner was very friendly and has a friend who speaks English very well, so communication isn't a problem. They can prepare homecooked dinner and breakfast for you for an extra charge of €5 per person. All payments must be made in cash.||Our room was an ok size, but had a nice balcony overlooking the lake. The beds were comfortable. Our bathroom was huge, but be aware that the floor will get wet when you shower.||Two friendly dogs at the property that like to go on walks with guests and there's a short walk to a nearby old suspension bridge over the river. You can also hike to the viewpoint over the river, or it is a short drive on a paved road to a car park area and then a walk on the hillside.||You can also reach a viewpoint on the opposite side of the lake, which is a long walk, or a 45...

If there was 6th star, I’d select it. Many times over. What an outstanding place to stay. Dule and his family and associates (pictured) were over the top in making our stay wonderful. Most hotels would simply try to provide a clean room with comfortable beds. Dule went beyond that by a mile. On our first night, he assembled a rescue party (lol) to come and find my girlfriend and I who were totally lost (My fault, man driver) and made sure we arrived safely. He then went on to arrange activities for us, assist us in finding hiking trails, washed our clothes, invited us into his nearby home for coffee with his family...and they help us change a flat tire on our departure day. Amazing. Just amazing people and an incredibly clean and comfortable accommodation with stunning views. Don’t hesitate...
