Smestaj dunav 97 — Hotel in Stara Pazova Municipality

We booked the entire house for 12 people, with full disclosure to the landlady that another couple and their children would visit during the day but not stay overnight. She had no objections. Upon arrival, the property looked beautiful, but that was the only good part. There was zero privacy, with strangers walking into the backyard unannounced. The landlady herself showed up at 8:30PM on a Saturday in August, letting herself inside and complaining we were “bothering people,” despite us using the speaker she provided (and keeping volume at normal levels because of babies and kids present). The atmosphere for the long-awaited reunion was ruined. The next day, she threatened to have the booking guest banned from Booking.com, claiming she had cameras “everywhere” (no consent given to be filmed) and falsely accusing us of exceeding the agreed number of guests. In reality, only the 12 who booked stayed overnight, exactly as agreed, and the visiting family left around 7 PM. She even set up an extra mattress “just in case”, then used that as ammunition to accuse us later. This was supposed to be a joyful gathering of friends who hadn’t seen each other in years. Instead, it became stressful, uncomfortable, and invasive due to the host’s behavior and threats. Beautiful accommodation right beside the Danube and just outside Belgrade. With a private shared pool and loungers, and some private balconies, this set of apartments are close to many amenities such as restaurants, shops and pharmacies. The restaurant next door is close so be mindful of privacy but efforts have been made to make the site private. There is limited free parking on site with other free parking around. Smeštaj je lep, ima dovoljno soba i prostora za veće društvo. Čistoća smeštaja je takođe dosta dobra. Međutim, nema privatnosti - vlasnica je gotovo sve vreme bila sa nama i nadgledala nas. Prilikom bukiranja smeštaja, nigde nije bilo naglašeno da će biti moguće samo do 21h uveče subotom da se pušta muzika u dvorištu smeštaja. Prihvatili smo taj uslov koji uopšte nije nigde naglašen kao kućni red, međutim vlasnica je došla u pola 9 uveče da nas opomene da ugasimo muziku jer smo previše glasni - iako su sa nama sve vreme bila deca - preteći da će nam pozvati policiju. Kad smo hteli da puštamo dosta tišu muziku, shvatili smo da nam je vlasnica isključila struju. Takođe na bukingu prilikom rezervacije nije naglašeno da se ne dobija celo dvorište (kao što je prikazano na slikama) nego samo deo dvorišta pa samim tim, manjka privatnosti i ne dobijate ceo kompleks za sebe.
