We couldn't be happier that we stayed here, the staff we interacted with were nothing but kind, courteous, charming and incredibly accommodating. The room, especially for the price, was well appointed, the shower was glorious, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was so quiet. We had dinner on the night we stayed and had some of the best bread I've ever eaten, incredible home made butters and they helped to ensure our meals were both vegetarian (something which can be difficult in Serbia). They even treated us to some gorgeous, freshly made pineapple sorbet and I wish we had a bucket of it now.|Breakfast in the morning was a tasty buffet, both hot and cold choices, including sweet and savoury. The fried eggs were perfectly done and the coffees were delicious.|The staff were the standout thing here though. The young man who served us for dinner had incredible English, taking the time to explain the dishes and recommending personal favourites. Small touches such as bringing new glasses when types of drinks were changed, seemed second nature. From the moment I arrived at this hotel in Svilajnac, I could tell something was different. The rooms? Simply outstanding—immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear the attention to detail is a priority here, which makes a big difference when you’re away from home.

But here’s the real kicker: the staff. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. They don’t just ‘do their job’; they make you feel welcome, heard, and valued. It’s not easy to find that level of service. It made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable.

We drove past this hotel and found it randomly. We went to the reception to find out if the restaurant is open and saw how clean and comfortable their hotel is. We decided to stay here overnight. The cleanliness of the hotel is perfect, the room had everything you need and even more than you need (I attach photos). The staff are very friendly and helpful. we were offered drinks and treated with home-made liqueur, and also offered to dine with lamb. unfortunately, we have already bought our own food and we had to eat it, which we are very sad about, we had to try the lamb! in general, we highly recommend this hotel for your stay! and hope to come...
