The Bay Seychelles Boutique Hotel & Apartments — Hotel in Mahé

Perched on the hill face overlooking the Anse A La Mouche Bay. A bit of a rollercoaster going to and from the hotel, so not for the faint hearted driver. We stayed in the upper apartment which was on the same level as the reception office and a level down from the parking area. As you entered the apartment door you had an open plan kitchen/ dinning, living area with toilet/ wash basin and patio doors opening out onto the balcony which gave you amazing view across the bay. The upper level of the apartment you access the ensuite bedroom by going upstairs and through the door. As you enter you are welcomed with a bed I presume it's a queen size ( super comfortable) and as you enter the room fully you have an AWESOME view🫶 of the bay looking out of the floor to ceiling window. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a toilet, twin basin and very large walk-in shower area. The lower level has the breakfast/ dining area, sun lounger area with the gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the bay. Everything about this hotel is about the spectacular view of the bay, comfort, relaxation and chill out vibe. The can go wrong with the food served at the hotel, especially the breakfast that is served daily. A verity of fruit, bread/cake basket, cooked/ continental, tea's and coffee. We had a lovely 6 day stay and Mandy&Kevins, lets call it, paradise 🤩 Located on top of the hill, providing the best view, we had the best time. Apartments are fully equipped, spacious, and very clean, nothing to complain about. We booked with breakfast where we could choose out of many different options (shakshuka, continental, different styles of eggs, englisch breakfast and many more) which were provied with a huge platter of fresh fruits and breads and pastries, which differed from time to time. There is also a dinner menue and many different drinks, even happy hour!

Pool area is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, though umbrellas spend enough shaddow. The staff is super friendly and you can really tell, Mandy and Kevin created a very friendly environment where people enjoy working and give good feelings to guests.

Would def. recommend, 100%.

The location of the hotel is located perfectly to reach the nicest beaches and do hikes, also the airport is just 30min. away.

One unique service to mention is, there is a washing machine guests can use for free and the option to shower, even though you have checked out already but spent time at the pool.

We flew to the Seychelles in July and stayed at The Bay Seychelles Boutique Hotel & Apartments. |The hotel has recently opened and is completely new. A pleasant surprise was that the profile photos completely coincided with reality - it is gorgeous! |The rooms have everything - TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, teapot, toaster, sink and refrigerator. Moreover, the hotel has a convenient laundry room with a washing machine, where you can wash your clothes yourself. ||There is also a huge advantage over other hotels on the island - WiFi access points throughout the hotel. The Internet is fast, so we easily solved work issues on the laptop. |The dishes prepared in the hotel restaurant are always fresh and incredibly tasty. The menu offers something for every taste at reasonable prices. |The location of the hotel is ideal - it is close to the ocean, cafes and restaurants. |There are sun loungers and a swimming pool with crystal clear water. | We would also like to express our gratitude to the hotel owners, Kevyn and Mandy. Very hospitable and kind people. We felt like we were in the company of close relatives. |We are sure that this is the best hotel...
