BB / GB Campsite — Hotel in Singapore

I have no idea why people are saying how good this campsite is and saying that it is “clean” However it is not even near mediocre

This is my HONEST opinion of this campsite going there in mid March. Firstly, I find that this campsite is not well maintained as in my dorm there was

1. A broken fan
2. A mattress(es) filled with dead bed bugs The “perfect combination” for a good nights rest. It was hot and stuffy, leaving me with no other choice but to sleep underneath the one working fan on the floor, packed with my Friend who couldn’t bear the heat either Secondly, it doesn’t have the best facilities compared to other campsites. It is not that big but okay...The high elements are not the best I have seen. According to my friends, the toilet is almost unusable as they were filled with dirt and insects. Lastly, many, including me, have gotten sick because of viruses. There are already 3 people I have known from my class alone that have gotten sick (one of them even hospitalised) because of viruses. So I recommend to not go there especially if your immunity is not good, unless you want to get sick. However, there are only a few good points. One of them is that they have an open area which is multi purpose n convenient. They have air-conditioned rooms and I highly recommended u to use those for sleeping instead as they r cleaner than the dorms. This is one of the most memorable places for my p5 camp. Activities are fun but some of the instructors are not that nice( not the one is blue uniforms) only the rock climber instructor was kinda rude and doesn’t rlly seem that he wants to teach us. Anyways activities are fun and our main instructors were fun and zesty THEY SPEAK OUR GEN alpha language!! Also facilities are mid I got a lot of mosquito bites so look out also apply a lot of sunscreen is super hot over there. If yall people sleep in the dorms look out for bed bugs or mites, advice yall to sleep on the floor. Although Cher say cannot sleep on the floor cuz got Lizard and roach. But in the end don’t have cuz I was awake the whole time…. Also bring an electric fan if u want some good sleep cuz tent and dorm is damm hot. But I prefer staying in the tent than dorm cuz tent is more cool for breezy and I am scared of bed bugs so is fine. But the tent I advise yall to bring a dipossible towel cuz in the tent is Abit dirty. Insects in the tent are ok they don’t bite. But the dorms… mosquito and bed bugs bite so… ya… overall is quite fun but just have the mind the heat and...

I really loved the instructors, they were kind and lovely. I had broken my water bottle but they gave me 2 water bottles for my use, not only that but they provided extra snacks when I was hungry. It might be dirty and the soul might be loose when it rains, but afterall it is a campsite. I spent 3 days 2 nights with my fellow secondary 1 schoolmates. It was the most enjoyable camp I have experienced. We had a campfire night and to be honest the trainers were pretty funny and sweet to us. My trainers, Trainer Nab and Trainer Ryan were the ones guiding me and my class around the whole camp and stayed with us until the 3rd day. Ms Honey provided me extra food and water.
