Hotel Husárik — Hotel in Čadca

The hotel is situated in the hill above the Čadca city in Western Slovakia. The hotel is really nice as it is. The views from the hotel are amazing, some day when the clouds are low they are below you in the valley and the view is even more beautiful. The rooms are large, the toilet and bathroom should be larger but it's not so important. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast are good, but the number of choices should be improved especially in the warm buffet. The dinners was always excellent, really very good food. The only think where they have to improve is the desert after dinner. Better selection will bring even more pleasure to guests. Because the pub is on base for and the restaurant in the first, the delivery of draft beer needs some time but it's acceptable. The pool is very nice. The"cave" is fake but looks really beautiful and we enjoyed every day there. The playground for kids with lot of attractions is also great and the kind will...

We have been in the hotel as the whole family. The hotel is very nice and clean. All the staff is extremely polite. Surrounding and view from the hotel terrace is perfect. Outside is small but very interesting park for small children. And what is of course the most important is that room was clean and nice furnished. ||||What could be improved from my point of view is that in the rooms it is not possible to make full dark in the rooms (to light curtains). So if you cannot sleep when sun is coming out during the summer you will be awaken very early. And wifi is unusable in the room.||||For sure I would recommend this hotel to the families...

Ak ocakavate standard 4* tak rovno zabudnite, inak budete velmi sklamani, realita je niekde okolo 2,5* a to som zazil uz aj mnohe 3* hotely, ktore mali uroven 4, alebo aj ovela lepsie penziony (wifi na izbe nejde, kanvica na vodu nie je, mala TV Orava kde nejde vacsine kanalov obraz). Strohe ranajky, ak pridete neskor, uz v podstate minimalne (dokonca ani pribory, taniere a salky neboli), vecere formou bufetovych stolov na to zabudnite (ano to je vacsinou moj dovod preco idem do 4* a vyssie - tesim sa na kvalitne gastro s bohatym vyberom - tu nic z toho nedostanete). V susedstve mate chatky, kde si robia diskoteku ukrajinske rodiny, alebo mladez. Ak ste zvykuti na svoj teplotny komfort a mate pripadne so sebou deti, tiez nic pre vas, tu sa funguje v duchu setrenia energii a na schodoch stretnete ludi co idu z wellnessu a drkocu zubami (vytah nie je). Ak si myslite, ze vasu nespokojnost klienta cakajuceho vyssiu kvalitu sluzieb vyriesite s panom majitelom, tak sa pripravte na arogantny pristup plny protiargumentov, privetivy a pokorny pristup s ospravedlnenim a usmevom tu necakajte. Ano najdete tu aj pozitiva, pekny mobilar hotela a prostredie v ktorom sa nachadza, ale to je dost malo muziky za vela penazi. Ludsky pristup a profesionalita su panovi sefovi na mile vzdialene. Pobyt sme prerusili a doslova utielki (chceli sme uz hned prvy vecer po fiasku s vecerou a zimou na izbe). Len par mil odtialto su vsak nastastie hotelieri, ktori vedia ako sa postarat o pohodlie a spokojnost zakaznika, nebolo treba nic riesit, vsetko tam uz bolo tip top hned od prichodu. Neplytvajte tu vasim casom, energiou a peniazmi, svedcia o tom aj negativne recenzie inych hosti a smutne je, ze nic sa za poslednych x...
