Penzión Richňava — Hotel in Štiavnické Bane

We spent a week here at the the beging of august.I can nothing but reccomend this place.It is more a of a causy,clean and hospitable place than a luxiourious accomodation.Very nice stuff,sticking out even in the location of Banská Štiavnica where people are generally extremely polite,made our experience unforgettable.4rooms and 1apartment at an affordable price.Restaurant menu does not offer a great variety of options but the meals were prepared and served with the kind of human touch which made them a "soul food".There is well kept tennis court,pool table and an option to rent a bike for active people.We made a call for a reservation cuase booking Page said it is not a baby friendly hotel and we háve a six months old daughter.apparently this information was obsolete as we were offered a children bed and in general there were a lot toys and place for Kids to hang out.I particulary enjoyed decent concrete roads with basically no traffic for long...

We enjoyed our stay at Penzion Richnava so much that we're coming this year again. We even extended a stay for extra two days, largely because of extremely nice and kind lady who runs Pension there - Lydka, many thanks for making our stay at Banská Štiavnica so pleasant and unforgettable, we're looking forward to seeing you and your nice home made food again ☺️🤗. The Penzion Richnava may not be fancy or overly modern, but it has a very pretty location and extremely friendly staff.
