We stayed in Gasperov mlyn for four nights and after that, we really felt so much relaxed as if having the two-weeks vacation. For us, it was the best half-board stay we have ever had with amazing rich breakfast and three-course menu for the dinner. Jozko is a talented cook with a very innovative approach to cooking and it is great to listen to his food presentation. To provide some examples of food:||soups - demikát, cold soup from cucumber and yogurt, cauliflower soup - all excellent||main courses - pigeon breasts, pheasant, zander, lamb - typically served with amazing vegetable puree, grilled vegetable (we would never believe carrot can be prepared so tasty)||desserts - granita from celery and watermelon, best suffle we ever had in our lives (and my wife had already quite some number of suffles :-), sorbet from zincica, white chocolate mousse - all well combined||||But we felt welcome not only due to Jozko. All the staff was super-friendly and highly professional, with dedicated personal service, listening to our dining preferences as well as providing good tips for a day travel. We truly felt welcome.||||Finally, we stayed in the new apartment that is nicely decorated by works from Marian Cizmarik that we liked very much. We loved some small nicies as a good coffee maker or a well-chosen music in the bathroom that you could turn on. As a potential improvement, wifi might be quicker and as we stayed during the very hot week, we would also appreciate air conditioning.
