Kúria Beckov - Penzión — Hotel in Beckov

Beautiful! Everything here is right. Hosts, view, food, activities, accommodations, history, guests... My return can't come soon enough. And OH the Slovak food; beef tartare dressed perfectly with toasts ready to be accompanied by fresh garlic (if you so desire - which I do). The duck with red cabbage - succulent meat, crisp skin, accompanied by slightly tart, mildly sweet red cabbage, with the Slovak classic of thin potato pancakes. Delicious, and presented in an inviting setting. Views like you've NEVER seen, at least not a New York City kid like me. Wow, breathtaking and inspiring. I just love it...

The hotel is situated under the Beckov Castle with a beautiful view from the restaurant terrace. It is a pleasure to take lunch or dinner outside to admire the nature, to see the castle up on the rocks and to listen hawks or blackbirds.||The personnel is very friendly and ready to help you in any minute. ||The pension has a private parking in a inner courtyard. ||The restaurant offers very, very tasty food. ||Not so far from the hotel you can find a small store...

This Hotel, or penzion has an outstanding locantion, right under the giant hill on which is the Beckov Castle.||||What was in this pension was really reataurant, 110%,.||The front desk staf was nice, but housekeeping and maitenence has a planty space for improvment.||Dust on mirror, rust in shover, water leaking from cealing fan in batroom.||Fror sure the unique location and kitchen is the biggest advantage of...
