The Benice Chateau is a nice object close to the town of Martin. Its new owners (since November, 2014) have been trying to make it a renaissance-like and they have partly succeeded in this task. Still, there are some totally unsuitable features.. ||We spent our New Year's Eve there, the staff was very kind and open, willing to fulfil our needs. Dinner was ok. Our suite was large enough, comfy, with few renaissance-like elements. The total impression was rather good, but the new owners still have much to do. We booked to stay here for 4 nights in June, we made our booking through booking.com||When we arrived, no one was around, we waited an hour, then phoned the contact phone numbers we had, couldn't get an answer, so i went and asked in the local Bistro which was opposite the property, they told me that Kastiel Benice had been closed for months.
