Dom Pod Lipami — Hotel in Blatnica

Blatnica is off the beaten path, but it boasts one of the lovliest mountain valleys in all of Europe with a fast moving ice-water stream consuming much of the valley floor. There's a lodge in that valley, but accommodations are very hard to come by fortunately, because we found the real gem at Dom Pod Lipami (House Beneath the Lime Trees). It is sited on about 1 acre of gardens shared by the owners quarters. The owners are a Slovak National wife who speaks English fluently and a British husband. The house is rustic inside, but thoroughly modern, two bedrooms with comfortable beds to sleep four, a living room and fully stocked kitchen. If you need to catch up with your laundry, there's a washer/dryer for your use as well. We were greeted by the hostess with a freshly baked Bundt cake and a loaf of fresh rye bread. Milí domáci, na stole domáca bábovka, chladnička so základnými potravinami ako milé uvítanie. K dispozícii takmer polovica záhrady, detská hojdačka, šikovné pieskovisko, šmyklavka. Tiež niekoľko lehátok a skvelé ležanie v bavlnenej plachte. Zastrešený kútik na relax, grilovacie prenosné ohnisko s roštom a gril.potrebami.Väčšia trampolína. Malá dcérka sa hneď po príchode vyšantila. V kuchyni nic nechýba, dokonca je tu nielen sporák (keramický), ale aj šikovná trúba na pečenie s rôznymi plechmi. Manželka si ponorný mixér brala zbytočne🙂😀aj ten tu majú. Plus je tu práčka:-) Samozrejme mikrovlnka a rýchlovar.kanvica. Izba je útulná, príjemná a čistá. Hostitelia sú ľuďmi s citom pre ekológiu a tiež estetiku....
