Privat BENEVYTA Bobrovec — Hotel in Bobrovec

Last week I was vacationing with my friends (there were 18 of us) in Privat Benevyta. I had reserved the accommodation through a Slovakian website (megaubytovanie.sk) in April. I contacted the owner lady and according to her offer the entire house for 4 nights was to cost 760 Euros. When we arrived I wanted to pay the rest of the amount (I had already transferred 200 Euros during the spring), but upon arrival to the accommodation she said that she had made a mistake and wrote the wrong amount to me and the correct price is 864 Euros. There was a heated debate going back and forth between we chose this accommodation because of her offer, this is not the way to do things. She told us that if I do not pay the higher price we can just leave. I had to pay since it would have been impossible to find another place for 18 people last minute in the area. On our last night there another family also arrived to the place – and the owner later complained that the family was unable to use the common places. This was despite that we payed for the entire house so we would be the only guests – we told her since there were also other people there we would like a discount. She argued that the family arrived due to some administrative error in booking.com. She also kept the 54 Euro deposit, which she does not intend to transfer back. When we left the accommodation we looked through everything and she said that besides one cup and a towel everything is in place. When I wrote to her from home asking when she will refund the deposit – she wrote an entire list of things that she claims are missing – supposedly we stole a fork, and a ball, etc), so she says that the damage to her is apr. 40 Euros. We did not receive a list of her valuables nor did we get a receipt of payment. Since I asked for these via email she has...

The house is beatiful, and well-equipped and it seemed to be perfect for our group of 18 absolutely civilized adult people for having a 5 days long birthday party, but our host was a real NIGHTMARE. After 5 hours of traveling we faced, that the houselady lives in the rented house, however she told us that the housing is private. She was always in our back, acted like a crazy parent. She argued for everything, and didn’t let us breathe. She came into our rooms without knocking the door. I repeat, she told, that no one will be there except us, and she brought two more families +one was her own) to the house without telling us anything!! She copied our documents not caring of the GDPR, asked for 100 more Euros, and didn’t give any invoice. I can’t decide if she’s evil or just dangerously insane....

Začnem tým, že sme sa partia piatich rodín rozhodli, že sa ubytujeme niekde na Liptove. Voľba padla na Benevyta Bobrovec.

Za Nás môžem povedať, že chata super, všetko čo nám alebo deťom chýbalo, tak všetko sme našli na chate... Od rôznych hier až pre vonkajšiu zábavu(2x trampolínu, bicykle, odrážadlá, šúchačky,...) sme tam naozaj všetko našli. Boli sme tam za horšieho počasia, keď nám dosť pršalo, Výhoda bola, že chata má 2 veľké terasy a sú zastrešené!!

Keď sme prišli, majiteľ nám nachystal drevo do krbu. Teplota chaty bola nastavená na 22 stupňov, čo pri sedení nám bolo chladnejšie. Písali sme majiteľovi a ten ochotne prišiel a nastavil vyššiu teplotu.

Chata veľká, vybavená.. Pre partie viacerých ľudí odporúčam všetkými desiatimi... Prostredie čisté, udržiavané. Je vidno že majitelia majú záujem podnikať na SK a nie iba prvý a posledný krát ubytovať hostí..

Jedinú výtku by som ale našiel, ale bol to náš pocit. V spoločenskej miestnosti nám chýbala nejaká veľká sedačka, kde by sme si mohli oddýchnuť a vyvaliť sa. Za mňa je tam zbytočný bar v miestnosti, miesto neho veľkú sedačku : ) Ale zas každému vyhovuje niečo iné.
