Pension Termal — Hotel in Bojnice

Penzion means guest house in english, which they made your feel like there guest. Its a great place to stay on your way to the castle. The staff were amazing, They did there best to help us out because they didn't speak that much english, but it worked out great. I had google translate which they apreciated very much. this place offered free wifi which was fast. The guest rooms were large and spacious with seperate living room. rooms were clean & up to date. We like the restaurant there food was amazing. great beer good prices. had to fiqure out out menu in slovake language but google translate helped. We pre ordered breakfast for 4 euros each which was awesome it was a four course meal, enough food to feed 4 persons, which we were only 2 people, they let use take away what we didn't finish which made a nice lunch snack. We stayed here 2 nights. The location is good close to Bojnice Castle.Hotel has own parking space. The rooms were clean and daily housekeeping was also sufficient. Best part was the restaurant. We enjoyed the delicious foods with reasonable price. The only negative point was that we asked for a single invoice for everything including restaurant expenses but receptionist declined that..My partner wanted to use recreation voucher for this trip including restaurant consumption but hotel did not want to help out. Usually, normal hotels just combine the invoices and provide one invoice but it seems here it's a big deal to do so therefore I don't recommend as hotel is not Customer centric but own...

This really is a beautiful place to stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Building is nice, clean and look modern. There is enough big parking lot attached to it. It is right on the main street, so it is easy to find but rooms oriented towards the street are very noisy. There is also restaurant attached to it and unruly guests also tend to make noise. In the back there is very nice garden where you can relax or kids can safely play. Rooms do have balcony, so if your room is towards the garden you can enjoy coffee break there.
