Bad experience. You can play the lottery - maybe everything will be fine. But maybe you will be offered a room that someone already lives in. Or a room that has not been cleaned at all after previous gests. If you arrive late at night, such surprises are possible, in addition to fighting with the reception machine, the codes and pin of which cannot be understood from the initial contact with the hotel and you have to try to call the administrators. The automatic key to your room may break and, after returning from a late evening walk, you may spend a long time in the corridor, because help will only arrive after a long time. Even after arrival, the problem may not be solved and you will not be given a real key to close the door, because there is only one key at all. Such adventures happen to a company of several people with several rooms, staying in a hotel for several nights. You may not encounter such problems, but don't say I didn't warn you. The hotel has been used for a long time, the carpets in the rooms are living out their last months. There is warm water in the shower, but you won't get hot. Breakfast is simple, but you can't ask for anything more for a 3* hotel. Breakfast staff is attentive. I warn you again - unpleasant surprises...

Location ideal for my purpose ie 2day visit to mondelez chocolate factory & recommend by the mondelez team due to its location. |A 15 min walk away or if it’s raining a 10min €3.50 taxi ride. ||Positives. |Room clean and well furnished. ||Mini bars and water the latter free. Replaced everyday |Value €€ slightly inflated due to ice hockey world championships. ||Staff very pleasant and accommodating. ||Food surprisingly good choice and no issues & Value for money. ||Special mention. Reported bathroom hair dryer not working. Was corrected when I returned from mondelez. ||Negatives ||Nothing around this location it it was it is. ||Speaking only for Level 3 all Room doors on this corridor “slam shut” every time someone on your level enters or leaves their room. Enough to make you ask “what the hell was that” this would stop me rebooking again despite the positives. Those of you on regular business trips understand we don’t want much but Undisturbed sleep is one “key criteria”. |A Simple fix would be a welcome must have, a noise free self closing room door. |The Mgt should witness the impact it has for themselves. “ quite incredible” ||Only reason I could not give it 5out5 but...

The Hotel Blue Bratislava is not near of the historic old town center but it’s really easy to get the transit and in maximum 10-15 minutes you are in the city center.||The hotel is new, modern, has a cozy and clean style and we were happy, to finally, after stay in lots of not nice and expensive places around Europe, stay in a Hotel like this, with our private bathroom and comfortable bed.||The place is really local and quiet, so we had a good sleep after a day walking.||The building has elevator and restaurants for those wants to eat inside. We didn't try the restaurant, but the menu looks great.||The price is really not expensive compared with all other places in Europe and a really good Breakfast was included.||The staff that works in the reception was efficient and friendly and they helped us with some tips for the city and selling the transit tickets to get to the historic old town.||We also got the transit to go direct to the Train central station to move on and start our next trip.||||||Grade: Eli = 5, Serge = 5||Recommend: We totally recommend it, little far from the historic old town but great price...
