Hotel Aquatermal — Hotel in Dolná Strehová

The place is basically in the middle of nowhere at the end of the village. It is part of Aqua park with few slides, swimming pools, restaurants and it is located next to camping. And not to forget there is 1 inside swimming pool and some saunas. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and makes this place very relax-full and great to stay. Rooms are fine, with relatively new furniture. Food was all the time buffet which is not my cup of tea but quality of food was very good. Despite there was for dinner only 4 choices it was very yummy and tasteful. For kids they even had a console with games which was big win for my kids. Otherwise they had a 2 rooms with table tennis, billiard and other games. Only one small thing to improve is get a better quality of Internet. If you stay further from receptions signal is very bad, always on and off so if you need to check something or even send an email very bad. But overall...

Welcome words on checkin, very clean spacious room. Cleaning room service at excellent level. Meal offer for dinner and breakfast is great. Meals are tasty. Cannot comment on rooms as didn't stay in the actual hotel, only used the swimming area. We had a very nice time with our two year old who absolutely loved the childrens' pool. We went early morning so she had the whole pool to herself. We were also given toys she could play with and the fountain was on, too.
