Pension Fortune — Hotel in Dunajská Streda

When I am staying at a bed and breakfast place or a penzion, I never know what to expect form the place. ||The penzion was less then 200 meters from the aquapark which was very convenient especially when you travel with older people and kids.||This Penzion Fortune was a nicely remodelled place from outside and the whole downstairs restaurant.||We staid in a 2 bedroom (one big and one small bedroom) apartma with a smaller living room and a large bathroom. The master bedroom had an older matress that needed to be changed. I would recommend 2 side bed lamps instead of one. And some wall decor might make the rooms more welcomed. ||The sofabed in the living room was broken and anytime you sat at the end of it it just flipped with you. ||The bathroom did not have any shelves (except one tiny broken one), so we had no place where to put our stuff. We had to keep our bags on the floor.||Some of the sheets and towels had huge wholes but all were clean. ||It looks like the owner needs to invest a little bit more into the rooms.||And also we paid for breakfast but it was nothing exciting. Every day they served the same thing. Only 1 kind of bread, rolls and orange juice was offered. They should offer more of variety. But the coffee was pretty good.||The backyard with green grass and bushes is very nicely kept. And the children were able to play soccer there. ||The people who work there were very friendly and helpfull. They made out stay nice and...

Second time that I have dinner in the restaurant of Penzion Fortune. Very good again. It’s true that in most of Dunajská Streda’s public places not at all people speak English.... but in this restaurant with a basic level of English they offer you a very good service. The food is very good. The menu has a lot of different options and the quantity of the dishes is enough for a ‘big man’. I will repeat for sure. Very good relation quality/price. I would recommend this restaurant...

Close to Dunajska Streda' s Thermal park. It is only 50 m to the entry. Very kind multilingual service very kind people. The rooms are little bit noisy from the hallway. Also the mattreses could be little bit harder. This is not a rich region. But if you count everything together and you want to visit thermal park a eat very good food,drink very good czech beer , this is very good...
