Zlatý Orol - Penzión s reštauráciou a wellnessom — Hotel in Helcmanovce

Great hotel, in a quiet village. Stayed for a night as part of a cycling holiday (started in Kosice), comfy beds, great restaurant downstairs with a good selection of traditional Slovak and other food, good beer and the wellness area is well equipped, steam room, infrared and Finnish saunas, whirlpool and small swimming pool.

Breakfast was typical buffet style, eggs, meat, cheeses, bread, yogurt, salad.

We were able to keep our bikes in the building (ask in advance!).

An excellent accommodation facility for appropriate price. Great portion to eat and delicious home made juicy cakes with helpful and servile staff always with willingness to meet requests and give good advice what to do or eat. This is a perfect place for those who seek relax and peaceful atmosphere while using wellness option at the place. All is clean and hygienic fresh. Dobre sme si oddychli, mali sme apartman s presklennou kupeľkou🛁🚿🚽, kde bola sice krasna veľka vaňa🛁, ale tepla voda tiekla asi rychlostou 0.4 l za hodinu, tak ju nevyužijete. Ranajky boli perfektne, bohate a stale ich doplnali. Hlavne jedla by som označil ako štandardne ( nie su nič svetoborne, ale neurazia) Prostredie je pekne, troška gyčove ale nevadilo mi to, citil som sa tam prijemne. Nemožem pochvalit extremne strme schody od reštauracie k izbam👎, nemožem pochvalit hluk na chodbe k izbam ked kračate po ten drevenej podlahe hlavne večer👎. Hore sa nachadzaju schodisko do exteriera kde sa da fajčit, billiard a samozrejme hovoriaci papagaj🦅, ktory je super👍. Penzion ma vlastny mini arealik s preliezkami a vlastnou krčmou. Penzion sa nachadza v samotnom srdci❤ obce a myslim si že cena💰 pobytu bola primerana kvalitou služieb✴✴✴. Izbu nam ale neprišli upratať ani jeden jediny raz a koš na smeti tiež chybal na izbe. Co u mna taha hodnotenie hore, je samotny wellnes - taky nemaju ani drahšie a kvalitnejšie hotely, keby nebol taky wellnes tak dam 3 hviezdičky. Košice su cca 50 km ( hodina cesty) a da sa tam...
