The accommodation is very great, in a nice area. It was located close to the destination of our visit, the Dumbier mountain peak. The room was nice, you could hear the babbling of the stream nearby. Pleasant mountain air. There was a large parking lot for the accommodation. The hotel also had a restaurant, which is very tastefully furnished. The staff were somewhat indifferent to us, sometimes we felt uncomfortable when we wanted to ask questions. Let's start there, when we arrived it was not at all clear where the entrance to the apartment was, where the reception was. There really is no such thing. We inquired at the restaurant, and there we met the host, although it was not so clear that she was the host. (she didn't introduce herself, nothing) The lady was also not very nice, she gave us the keys, she didn't say anything about the apartman. Everything had to be pulled out of her. We booked the room, then we looked for the lady, due to payment and check-in, but nothing like that was necessary. The hotel advertises internet, but no one should look for it, it is not written in the room. We asked the lady about the Wifi access. We only received a password written on a note, but not the Wifi name, so we just tried to see which one it could be. Of course, it didn't work with any of them. We left, after all, that's not why we came. We had dinner in a restaurant, but we didn't feel the hospitality there either. You can only stay in the garden room if you pay €9, even though we didn't want to take a bath. In principle, we would have disturbed the others. (Nobody went downstairs until evening) After climbing, we wanted to have a nice dinner, so I thought I'd try some Slovak food. We had dinner around 7:00 p.m. I vomited continuously from 1:00 p.m., the food came out of me. Unfortunately, I vomited the whole night, the 2 rolls of toilet paper that they put in for 3 days were not enough for anything. The next day, with the medicines I had with me, I managed to get myself in a good condition to go home, unfortunately we could only come straight home that way, with other programs canceled. When checking out, I couldn't report my comments to the host because the lady was nowhere to be found, and I think I won't look for her. If there was a proper reception, I would obviously look for it there. No one asked us how we felt, but despite this, our trip was not completely blackened. We never have problems wherever we go.. I hope they can read this comment...

Liked · The quality of food was very good.
Disliked · First of all, the staff was rude. We arrived and wanted to check in and they told us to wait. We waited for half an hour for the manager cause she was the only one who could check us in. While taking dinner in their restaurant, they brought the deserts together with the soups and the main course arrived 15 minutes later. No one managed to utter a 'sorry' at any point either... During our second day the manager contacted us that we need to urgently vacate our rooms cause the room below us is flooded whenever we use the shower. We were on the slopes at this point... We got moved into different accommodation in the afternoon, but again we had to wait for the manager cause no one else knew what we wanted... Again, no one ever apologized for any inconvenience. In the new accommodation we couldn't raise the heat without being charged extra. It was -18 degrees outside...
Read moreThe houses from the complex look really good and are nicely furnished, plus the location is great. But they seemed to be made of paper: we could hear the neighbors from upstairs and downstairs talking, flushing their toilets or turning the water on. Absolutely all doors were squeaking and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped (we didn't have essential things like dish sponge or a simple pan), just 1 garbage bag (for 6 people, 2 nights), but the biggest problem for me was that there was no blinds or dark curtains at the windows so in the morning we obviously woke up at 4am, when the sun was rising. It's a shame, cause the outdoor space is really great, but I don't think I would like...
