The hotel itself is fine, very cheap and you pay what you get for. Don’t get me started about the restaurant however, we went for dinner and the first alarmbells were going off after seeing the pizza’s. They were fully burned and full of oil. The cheese tasted and felt like plastic. I wouldn’t serve this to my worst enemy. And if you think the pizza is bad, wait till you see the risotto, it’s like fried rice and served with pickles, who does that?
After the food we thought it could not get any worse, but we were wrong. That evening 4 out of our party of 7 got very sick and ticked all the boxes of food poisoning. When we told the staff, an old man that did not speak English did not show any remorse and told us that we should drink alcohol, which out of “kindness” he would give us for free. Not really a nice way to treat your guests in my opinion.
So I would advise to stay in the hotel, as it is cheap and fine, but NEVER eat here, except when you like to be a double...

This is a nice place to stay, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The unit was very clean. We appreciated the sitting area, desk, and mini fridge. I wish the shower had a hanger for the shower-head, but the water was nice and hot all the same. The "kitchen" is a nice perk, although be advised it consists of a microwave, electric kettle, and hot place with one pot (no dishes, cups, frying pans, cutting boards, cutlery, etc). The wifi in my particular room was pretty bad. I would have to sit in the bathroom to get a usable signal. Location is great, close to the Tatra trail heads, with free parking right behind...

Steny izby boli v katastrofálnom stave – špinavé, s mastnými škvrnami od neidentifikovateľných látok, čo už na prvý pohľad vytváralo dojem absolútnej zanedbanosti. V izbe bolo nepríjemne chladno, akoby vykurovanie ani neexistovalo, a televízor, ktorý by mohol aspoň trochu rozptýliť nepríjemný pocit, nefungoval kvôli absencii signálu. Posteľ bola v ešte horšom stave – preležaná a neuveriteľne nepohodlná, pričom matrac bol vo vizuálne aj hygienicky neprijateľnom stave, plný špiny a dojem z toho všetkého len umocňovala jeho odpudzujúca vôňa. Pri každom nepatrnom pohybe posteľ hlasno vrzagala, čo len pridávalo na celkovej nepríjemnosti. Nemožnosť si na ňu ľahnúť bez pocitu odporu bola doslova desivá.
Pobyt v tejto izbe rýchlo nadobudol charakter neúnosnosti. Už samotná myšlienka na zotrvanie bola na míle vzdialená pohodliu alebo relaxu. Celé to vyvrcholilo tým, že sme sa večer o desiatej rozhodli miesto definitívne opustiť, pretože prostredie bolo jednoducho neakceptovateľné. Ani len jesť sme tam nemali chuť – predstava trávenia jedla v tej izbe bola natoľko odpudzujúca, že sme radšej zvolili alternatívu sadnúť si do auta a tam sa najesť.
Rozhodne to bola naša posledná návšteva tohto miesta. Nemáme v úmysle sa tam niekedy v budúcnosti vrátiť, pretože táto skúsenosť bola jednou z najnepríjemnejších, aké sme...
