Wellness Spa hotel Čertov — Hotel in Lazy pod Makytou

Located in a splendid natural setting this complex is recommendef for a relaxing holiday away from it all.The leisure facilities include a well sized indoor swimming pool,jacuzzis, gym,a 2 lane bowling alley besides other indoor and outdoor sports amenities.||Our room was spacious with slightly hard mattresses and rather low pillows with sufficient space for storing clothing and personal items.Our ground floor room had a wide sliding door that led to a verandah overlooking the wonderful pine trees forest.||The bathroom had an excellent shower and satisfactory bathroom facilities.||Breakfast was generally reasonable and filling although the coffee could be better.||Reception and restaurant staff were ever so helpful...

We have been to this hotel last Friday to look into the details of hospitality of this 4 stars hotel. We just wanted to have a dinner for two. But the rude personnel sent us just out, telling no service for visitors except the guests of the event, they had there at that evening. And all this without the magic word SORRY. There was no notice outside mentioned that the hotel is closed for public, not mentioning about such a complication on their website. Probably many from the hotel didn't realize, they have one. I think that to have 4 stars proudly displayed on the outside wall is too much for them and they should remove it...
