Penzión UNA — Hotel in Liptovský Ján

1 night passed in Penzion Una. Kind staff. Clean bedroom, well equiped and sufficiently spaced.||||Pity that we had double bed room when we asked for 1 big bed.....Customer demand to be taken into consideration and at least to tell to customer if request is not possible, before customer will enter to bedroom....||||In the evening and morning, into bar/dining room, same radio sound running wuite noisy and crackling permanently. No one from staff take that into consideration and could imagine that customers are here to relax....radio...don't care||||Breakfast quality very basic, with a VERY POOR orange juice!!!!Just chemicals......To be changed absolutly and imrove also quality of cake....Apfelstrudel cake without taste and smell!||||Penzion has pool, swimming pool and sauna, we did not use but seems Ok||||Penzion terrass and environment is nice and green. ||||With small improvments and a bit more attention, this penzion will be great...Up...

This is the UNA Guesthouse, but with a new look. Since the staff and management of the guesthouse have changed, the new ones are trying to create only the best family environment for its guests. The rooms are cosy and pleasantly furnished, the food is excellent like grandma's, and the added value is the barbecue area, sauna, small wellness and tennis court, billiards, maybe I didn't even notice everything. The place is also suitable for noisier corporate events or family celebrations. They have a separate space here so as not to disturb the guests. Simply a unit and a rising star of the Liptov sky. Give them time to catch the flies from the previous tenants, and you will be satisfied. I keep my fingers crossed that everyone is as satisfied as...

The receptionist was very nice, staff were helpful. Food was not exceptional, but it was what you would expect from classically simple breakfast in hotels. We didn't mind, as we expected it to be that way, and it didn't promise anything extraordinary :). We enjoyed the spa, which was clean and well designed. The rooms are rather simple, clean, and comfortable. If you manage to come visit off-season, you might get spa all to yourself, which is great. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay....
