Hotel Hubert — Hotel in Nové Zámky

In the hotel I spent few weekends , every time there was a bunch of kids who smoked and drunk in the rooms and made ​​unreal noise and clutter late into the night . Hotel staff, after multiple notifications , failed to resolve the situation because, in their words , the owners have absolutely no interest to solve this situation ,regards the running EU project (those drunk kids) that brings them, at least some profit. I've never experienced aproach to the customers, like this. I have to say, there is absolutelly no awareness how to handle with customer needs.||||The hotel was built in the last century , you can find elements of Soviet and post-Soviet architecture everywhere- At the reception welcomes you smiling girl, you have to pay at first, after this you can get the keys of your room. Rooms are equipped standardly, anyway, furniture is in most of them destroyed , ragged. Most window shutters are not working, missing some parts. In some rooms was a problem with hot water ( ! )The current was weak and lukewarm water only . In the neighborhood of the hotel is located huge factory, running 24/7 , during weekends as well. Noise from manufacturing is very disturbing. Don´t eat in the hotel restaurant, it´s horrible bad, really.||||||I recommend to look for something different , this is definitely...

We stayed here in July for 2 nights attending a friend's wedding. The hotel is positoned in some industrial area-the view from our windows was into the back of the hotel/yard with lorries that had almost constantly switched engines on!||The room was large and clean but the smell in the bathroom was shocking-the smell of sewerage!!! We tried to have the fan on to get rid of it but didn't help at all. Also there wasn't enough of hot water coming through on a couple of occasions.||We also dared to have a dinner there and the meal wasn't a pleasant experience-over salted,meat tough...||The breakfast was simple enough-ham,cheese,salami,bread,tea an coffee and for extra payment selection of omelettes.||The only thing that deserves praise was the receptionist/waitress that was very pleasant and helpful but altogether I wouldn't recommend the hotel to stay in!||||Celkovo neodporucam nikomu navstevu tohto hotela,kedze hotel bol extremne tmavy,drahy(v zavislosti na kvalitu),hlucny (okna boli otocene na dvor s kamionmi,ktore stali cely cas nastartovane),kupelna smrdela od odpadovych vod a jedlo v restauracii nestalo ani za rec.Jedinu pochvalu si zasluzila recepcna/casnicka,ktora bola velmi mila a napomocna,ale kvoli tejto jedinej veci by som sa tu zasadne nevratila, toboz tento hotel nikomu...

I live in New York and was visiting my family for the New Year's Eve and stayed in this hotel for a week. I've been to a lot of different hotels all around the world, but I can say this was one of the nicest ones. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and willing to help with any inquiries! My room was specious, clean and modern, I couldn't ask for anything better. This hotel offered great breakfast every morning, I definitely had lots of options to choose from. I also have to recommend the restaurant in this hotel ! I had a dinner there, 2 or 3 times, and couldn't be more satisfied, amazing food! The hotel has great location, near to the city center with lots of option in transportation. Again, if any concerns, a receptionist is always there to make sure you've got everything you need. I had a great time staying in this hotel and I would definitely recommend...
