Penzion Harmony — Hotel in Poprad

Located in a historic but quiet neighborhood, this guesthouse is also child friendly, with a small kids area in the backyard.We got a family room in the top floor that was pretty comfortable, with wooden floor, a great bed, a sofa bed, a desk, big drawers and wardrobe, a mini fridge and a kettle, flat screen television, along with a proper bathroom. It had also good Wi-Fi and car parking included in the room rate, but breakfast at an extra price. Rooms are basic but good. This pension is family owned and operated. The kitchen might be closed when there are only a few guests which means you might have to go out for dinner but that is no punishment when you are in Poprad. The hostess is more then happy to tell you the best places to go for dinner.

Once our favourite penzion in Poprad, now quality is unfortunately slowly declining. Lunch and dinner are no longer available and breakfast is not very abundant. The owners are polite but only occasionally smile when speaking. |On the other hand rooms are in perfect state, well maintained and clean and the price is very good. Too bad you only get one very small towel for the whole stay..|Maybe next year we'll try some...
