Grand hotel Permon — Hotel in Pribylina

This is famous Hotel in the beginning pf High Tatras. Hotel is based in the view point to 2495m above the sea peak called Kriváň. So the place is marvelous. Nearly all rooms have the view to the Kriváň. From the wellness pool and the whole outside wellness saunas, you see the Kriváň. Rooms are clean, spacious with separated WC and bathroom. It looks like the rooms were renovated. In the hotel you will find big Kids Playground, daily bar, and big restaurant. If you have all inclusive rate, you have pleanty of food available. I will write here about the pizzas they serve. The lady doing pizzas, firstly put the pizza in to the oven. When the pizza is ready, she slices it and put on the plate. Then instead of putting the plate with the fresh pizza to the serving table, she put the fresh pizza back to the second oven which is not warm. After 15 minutes she serve the pizza to the serving table. But the pizza looses the freshness and is actualy low warm and definitely not fresh. It is a good hotel. It has a great wellness. I think the biggest in Slovakia. It has indoor and outdoor places. It needs a reconstruction but it is still functional. There is a kids corner. It is very good place for bringing kids. There are a lot of posibilities for fun around hotel, in summer and also in winter. There is nearby a ski lift. In the hotel, there is a lobby bar, day bar and also night bar with music on some days and a dance floor. The room are always clean and very nice. Some rooms have a great view on hill "Krivan". The food there is quite good. Tradition slovak dishes. The restaurant is also a'la carte. The breakfast is amazing. I am always looking forward to the morning. In the lobby there are two parrots that imitate voices. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. It is a great hotel for business meeting and for conferences. It has coulpe of conference rooms that can take up to 200 people. There is also 173 a big swimming pool. The hotel also organizes special events with dancers, singersand other interesting people. It is quite expensive but the price is higher because of the hotels...

My wife treated me to a 2-night stay in the beautiful Hotel Permon in High Tatras area for my 40th birthday celebration in Septembet. This hotel booking was arranged through a family friend (Zofia) who works at the hotel. She added a few extra special touches which made the stay even more incredible. The hotel has some of the best views I have seen including of one of the highest mountains in Slovakia, Krivan. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed from the moment you arrive. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel and all of the food was of high quality. The Spa is the best thing about this place. Probably the best spa I have been to anywhere in the world. There are so many different rooms, experiences, indoor, outdoor. I think we tried them all over the 2 days we stayed. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel if you are in the area, and even if you are not, I would recommend you go for a short stay as both the hotel and the surrounding area is perfect to relax and get away from the normal...
