VILA EFEKT — Hotel in Ružomberok

Couple of advice for the manager: carbornara: too much onion pizza : unbaked ( we ordered 8 pizzas...) cheese dumplings : strange bacon and very salty... french fries next to the steak: unsalty... steak: It is okey, that we want medium meat, but was missing the taste of the meat... no pepper, no salt, nothing... And I think you need more waiters on a simple Saturday night and more chef in the kithen. We waited more 1 one hour for the dinner. Why don't check the foods before the waiters get them before the guests?? When we stayed at the bar and wanted to pay, the waiter girl went back to the kithen and smoked a cigarette.... instead of a lot of things.... You could be better. More attention, please. This will be a great place. We ate the foods, because we were hungry... but this is the only one thing...

Came here this evening with my partner. The drinks were great for the price which was cheap. The food on the other hand i do not recommend it at all, chicken which was supposed to be grilled came out half cooked which wasn’t good, the mushroom sauce was warmish and also mushrooms where slimy from a tinned can. The chips and mash potatoes were good. Chicken portions for the price were very small too. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place - I would have rather spent my money on a local kebab than here. Waste of £28 - also service is not great here either. Located in the town but I would not recommend, try other places than seem to be better.
